More favorable than what I've seen people experience, but not as much as Dax's. Whoevers' residents are able to achieve the most accomplishments at these challenges will decide the winner, and the one with the most points will most likely be given more control over the tower proper. The conditions I and my companions have faced in Jason's pod are marginally livable at best. Everyone agrees, though because of the state of Jason's strategy, it's difficult for us to act contrary to completing the challenges. Which means we need the people in yours and Dax's pod to excel where they can.

If you desire the most ideal conditions for the tower, then that would mean encouraging those in Dax's pod to excel, and assuring the sabotage of Jason's and Riki's. Still, Riki's would be more favorable than Jason's, if it's impossible to contrive Dax's victory.
