[He has no reason to care. Pity and sympathy were synonymous to Lucifer and he had little time to feel them. He didn't pity or sympathize with Feferi nor her situation. Her stoicism would be admirable if she if it had been aimed to preserving her own pride but as it was he found it idiotic to do so solely for the sake of others. She could, as far as he could tell, do well with learning some selfishness.

He also had little concern about the psychic shockwave. It may kill many here but he doubted it would kill him. And he had no loyalty nor concern for the others trapped here with him. In a way it he felt it would almost be merciful, to have her unleash it and be done with it and have it kill those weak enough to fall under its influence.

But he far proffered the idea of letting it happen naturally. It would be easy to say the shockwave would kill only the weak but then again...it was unnecessary to provoke it as well and doing so would be meaningless at the moment. From the back of his cell he scooted against the wall a bit more, metallic skin scraping and screeching against it.]


I simply seek to make a point.
