Beat turned around when he heard a third voice ring from behind them. He mentioned a name, Mark -- that had to be the other guy, because of the several names Beat's had, none of them have contained 'Mark' in them. And apparently the other bloke's name was Neo. Interesting, they didn't sound like actual names; if he didn't know any better, he would guess that perhaps they were another gang of rudies. The fact that Mark here is throwing paint on the wall supports that theory. But neither of them are wearing skates.
...Are there rudie gangs that don't wear skates? Is that even a thing? Hm. Shared turf would be a pain in the ass to deal with, so he'd better figure it out... later. For now, he regarded Neo with about as much interest as he did Matt.
