Summary: The usual waking up stuff, plus some don't got no sword rage

Room 1-02

[Digging in the trunk at the foot of his bed, Vergil curses. It seems the trunk belongs to him, but the most important item isn't there. But, then, there are others. It's certainly possible someone may have taken it while he slept. So, he begins to check the other trunks and each corner of the room. It must be somewhere if Beowulf is, that devil arm has its uses, but a swordsman needs his sword, especially such a powerful one.]

Floor 19

[Having given up his search, he has now made his way to the library in search of information. Others may be content to sit and stay, but he certainly isn't. He stands at the shelves to read, but there doesn't seem to be anything of much use. Though standing there doesn't mean he isn't keeping an eye out for anyone - or thing - coming too close.]

Anywhere else

[As night falls, Vergil pays no mind to the sudden appearance of monsters, but to kill any who attack him. It's lucky he did bring the devil gauntlets and greaves from the room, but of course he wouldn't go unarmed in a strange place.]

He wanted to do a little research as well, maybe to see if there's any mentions of Fortuna or anything from his world.

...And then he spots Vergil. There's just... something about him. Maybe it's the silver hair, but Nero is definitely staring.]

[Without seeming to look back to be sure someone's watching him, or taking his eyes off the book open in his hands, Vergil's very much aware of the fact. And doesn't exactly appreciate it.]

What do you want?

[Ooh he's sure touchy.]

...Just thinkin' you have a nice hair color. I'm thinking about changing mine to match.

He glances back and scoffs.]

It seems as though you have little need.

Yeaahh.... I get that a lot.

[he closes the book he was reading, his demonic arm in plain view.]

You seem kinda familiar. [almost like Dante....]

[He eyes the arm. Another demon, then? Or simply someone from a world different than his own? There's no denying Nero looks like Dante, but, they shouldn't have any relatives - right?]

In what way? I would remember someone with that arm.

Just remind me of a guy.

[Nero sets the book down, crossing his arms and watching Vergil carefully.]

['A guy'. Once again, that could mean Dante, or that his attitude is similar to someone Nero knew. He would rather not be the one to broach the subject of his brother, so for the time being, he ignores it.]

I was hoping to find information on this tower. It seems those in charge have ensured nothing is available.

I tried to look for some info too once...

All I got out of it was that we're stuck here and there are monsters on certain floors where we can take our frustrations out on.

It could be a good diversion...or too easy to entertain at all.

[He snaps the book in his hands shut and returns it to the shelf. If there's nothing, then there's nothing.]

[he's really not but... he likes to push peoples buttons.]

[It really doesn't bother him much. Who needs to be modest when you can be strong.]

I would doubt anything all too powerful would be here among humans. Or rather the other way around.

[he holds up his arm.]

As I thought.

[If Nero's specifically saying 'demons', it pretty well confirms everything he suspected. Which means he must remind Nero of Dante.]

Did you plan to tell me who I remind you so much of?

[He raised an eyebrow at that.]

Why does that really matter? You probably wouldn't know the guy. He came to my city when it was under attack by demons and helped out before leaving again.

[Really, does he have to make it so difficult...gotta do everything himself, geez]

At least, from the way Dante talked about you it seemed like it.

[It's his turn to raise an eyebrow. On the other hand, his staying in the netherworld might have been the equivalent to dying as far as Dante's concerned. Not that he's going to tell this kid that.]
