Summary: Tsubomi wakes up in an odd place. Time to find out what's going on.

[There was a bit of a yelp as Tsubomi finally came to, waking up in a room that just wasn't hers at all. The redhead looked around in a panic, her pigtails flailing as it did.]

Where am I? This isn't my room! Mom? Dad? Grandma? Anyone? ...Chypre?

[Upon hearing that name being called out, there's a rattling in a trunk nearby, causing Tsubomi to race over to it and throw it open, ignoring the letters nearby. She can't help but blink at what was inside - her clothes, her glasses, her Heart Perfume... the Heartcatch Mirage? ...and a strange cyan and white creature, gasping for air.]

BAH! Tsubomi, why did you lock me in there-desu?

Huh? I-I didn't? [She can't help but look around before hushing her companion. Hopefully no one heard them...]

[A quick change of clothes and pocketing what she can, Tsubomi decided to check out what else is around here - and still hasn't read the letters she was given when she arrived here. At least if there was some sort of danger here, transforming was an option.]

...where do we go first? Some sort of exit would be nice...

[She'd expect Chypre to respond, but the fairy's laying on Tsubomi's head, acting like a doll. Either way, Tsubomi's gonna try to find a way out. Hah, fat chance, but you can't blame her for trying, right?

[Rosa had been on edge since her arrival here. Therefore, she bumps into the girl, she quickly tenses up and glares at her.]

What are you doing here?

There is no exit.

[ The voice came from near the staircase. He was perfectly still, staring at Tsubomi as if he had been standing there all of that time. Chypre, at the very least, could likely tell that the skinny, well-dressed albino most definitely wasn't human. Wilhelm glanced at Chypre for a moment - after having spoken with Kyuubey, he's not even remotely surprised by what comes through this Tower nowadays - and then back down at Tsubomi. ]

It is unfortunate, but not even death can free you from this place.

Oh! [Tsubomi stumbles back just a bit as she bumps into the other in surprise.]

I'm sorry... I... I just got here and I'm looking for a way out.

[Tsubomi was now totally worried. Maybe she SHOULD have read those letters. But getting stuck in this place without anyone she knew wasn't the best time to look at those.

Chypre would certainly realize the person before them wasn't human, but she wasn't going to vocalize it yet. Not until she really has to blow her cover.]

A way out? Is that all you're looking for?

[As far as she can tell, they're both unarmed. But Rosa has no idea what the girl has hidden on her. If they were to fight, Rosa might be at a disadvantage.]

Yes, that's all. I promise, I'm not trying to start anything!

[Tsubomi doesn't want to start any sort of fights. True, she doesn't know who this person is, but at the same time, she didn't come here to pick fights. That's not her style. Right now, she's going to try to defuse the situation.]

Please, believe me. I have no other intentions on doing anything else.

[Rosa relaxes, but continues to glare.]

Then...I suppose we can search together. I am also trying to find an exit.

[ He tilted his head, already being able to tell she hasn't read her letters. ]

As for that new collar around your neck... unless you attempt to remove it, it will not harm you. It is only monitoring your vitals.

[Tsubomi quickly grabs Chypre, covering her mouth as she dives around a corner, HOPING she didn't see her!]

[Dark Precure came to a stop. As addled as she was, she knew that voice. Slowly, she turned in the direction it had come from...

... and saw no one there.

That probably meant that they were hiding. Silently, she began to walk in that direction.]

Rosa. Rosa Ushiromiya.

[Worst case scenario! MAJOR worst case scenario! The Dark Precure, alive, in this place and Tsubomi is all alone. As far as she knows, no one else is here - Erika, Itsuki, Yuri, those fifteen other girls from the park no one.

Trying to dig further back into her little hidey hole, Tsubomi goes for her Heart Perfume. If she must fight, then she'll do so.]

Now, uh... where should we start?

[and she turns the corner... and sees just who she's dealing with]

Ugh. [wrinkles her nose] You.

[Tsubomi's shaking, but she's standing her ground.]

How... how did you... how did you survive? I... I saw what happened back then...

That's... the problem. I don't know where to start. [she scratches the back of her head in embarrassment.]

Maybe we should start with the stairs...

... Suffice it to say, this blasted tower saw fit to spare me. You must be so disappointed...

Wh-why would I be? If this tower brought you back... th-then you have a second chance! There's no need for us to fight or anything!

[she turns away] I have no reason to fight you anyway. It'd simply be a waste of energy.

Then we have no reason to interact. [starts walking away]

[She knocks on the walls, and then kneels to knock on the ground of the steps, trying to find if there are any secret passages.]

No. It isn't normal.

[ He waved his hand, as if to dismiss her question. ]

All that matters now is that you are here. And that you must survive.

[Sonata was on her way to the bathrooms clutching a change of clothes and a rubber ducky when she came across the confused looking girl. Ooh, a new person? Better help.]

Hey! Hey, are you lost? Do you need directions? Sonata can help!

[She's a little confused by it all.]

[She stands up and shakes her head.]

No secret passages here.

Aaah... no, Sonata doesn't know how to get out of here. There's no way out at the bottom! And no way out at the top!

So you're gonna be here for a while with all of us.

...no way out? [Tsubomi's heart sinks as she hangs her head. Then an idea hits her - if the Dark Precure's here...]

Well, if that's the case, then there's three friends I want to know if they're around! You heard of an Erika Kurumi, Itsuki Myoudouin or Yuri Tsukikage?

[Oh, please, let ONE of them be there!]

[Sonata listens carefully, but has to shake her head.]

Nope. Sonata doesn't know any of them. But... but Sonata hasn't been around long! You should check the network!

Somehow, during her time so far in this Tower, Yuri found herself reading more often than at home. This was a frightening prospect in and of itself, but it ended up the only real significant way to distract herself from day to day.

At that time, she was just sort of wandering the dorm floors, her nose mostly stuck in a small book. As she rounded one corner, she thought she saw someone familiar, and for a split second thought her mind was playing tricks on her.

Then she actually did look up, and her eyes went as wide as saucers.

"Ts- Tsubomi...?!"

[bag_has_snapped]

Both Tsubomi and Chypre gasped as they heard that familiar voice. Time almost stood still as they turned to see the person that voice matched.

"Y...Yuri?!"

"Is that you, Yuri?!"

[bag_has_snapped]

Oh... I see. [Tsubomi lets out a defeated sigh.] Maybe I'll get lucky, then, huh?

[bag_has_snapped]

...that's not reassuring to say the least!

[And Tsubomi's gonna start looking quizzically at the person. He's starting to worry her.]

[bag_has_snapped]

Mmn! [With a quick nod, Tsubomi heads for the stairs and starts to descend them.]

Maybe, maybe!

[Poor girl. She looked totally defeated. That wouldn't do at all. Tucking her things under one arm, Sonata rushes on up to Tsubomi and pats her on the arm.]

It'll be okay! There's all kinds of nice people here! And Sonata will be your friend, too, okay?

I'm afraid there is little that I can say that would reassure you.

[ Poor thing. They really like bringing children here, don't they? Even if he suspects this person is another one of those 'magical girls' Kyuubey talked about. ]

Yuri sort of ... stumbled in place, not really believing her eyes or ears. For a moment she wasn't sure what to believe - if this Tower might be playing tricks with her mind, or if this was actually her friends.

Running into Dark Precure had been one thing - if anything, she had learned this place was not kind towards anyone. But someone like Tsubomi...

Her stomach twisted, then, as the thought of someone as pure hearted as Tsubomi being subjected to this place. But it also meant she was alive...

Deciding to run with that for now, her brain finally clicked over to being able to process what was happening before her again. She gave the weakest of smiles, nodding as she started to move towards Tsubomi, and attempted to keep her emotions in check for the moment.

"Yes, I... Tsubomi... how long have you been here...?"

[bag_has_snapped]

"I've... I've only been here just for a little while." Tsubomi said, taking note of how conflicted Yuri was. Admittedly, she wasn't too thrilled about her situation - especially since she didn't know the true scope of their situation.

"...what's going on? I mean... what is this place? Why are we here?"

"Why's the Dark Precure alive?" Chypre added.

[cure_moonlight]

"This place..."

She found herself reaching up and clutching her own arm. "Those that run it claim that we've been 'saved' from our own worlds being destroyed by... something... but how truthfully they're being is hard to tell..."

She blinked a bit, and glanced at Chypre.

"...you ran into Dark Precure?" she asked, and bit her lip. "People are drawn here from all sorts of times. Even after death."

[bag_has_snapped]

"...what?"

Tsubomi couldn't believe what she heard. Their world, destroyed? That was impossible - didn't they just save it from Dune? And with the Dark Precure... this was just too much, even for her.

"...d-do you know if anyone else is here or... is it just us?"

[cure_moonlight]

Yuri didn't really want to show her own worries to Tsubomi, so she attempted to keep an even expression towards her. She nodded quietly, but quickly added, "However, we don't know the precise details of all this... or if they're even entirely truthful. Remember, we've seen our own world reduced to practically nothing before, and it was restored..."

"That's true, just..." Tsubomi said, sighing. "It's... a little bit too much to take in right now."
