He's not me! I'm not him! (Open)
Characters: Sonata Shinonome in America's body (comments coming from
littlepioneer), whoever the hay wound up in England's body, and maybe even you!
Setting: Here and there in the tower, Day 1 and 2 of the event.
Format: Will match replies
Summary: It's bad enough being a little boy. Why's this little boy have so many voices in his head? And what's with that video?!
Warnings: None yet
Room 01-20
This wasn't Sonata's room and Sonata's bed... but that's alright, it wasn't America's room and America's bed either. He tended to bunk with England, so that's just where the body-swapped girl woke up. Snuggled up in an unfamiliar bed, next to an unfamiliar person. Though the exact unfamiliarity hadn't dawned on her yet.

"Nnh... sis-sis...?" Was she home, and safe and warm, and right next to Kanata? Or was she back on Akibastar, safe and sound?
No. That wasn't the case at all. As she realized when she cracked an eye open and was staring at some guy she didn't know.
"AAAAAAHHH!"
Day 1, around the dorms
America-Sonata is off scrambling down the halls, still in that nightgown, trying desperately to find... well.. herself. If anyone the least bit familiar, or friendly, or nice, or even willing to hold still for a moment or two comes by, she'll reach out to grab the hem of their shirt or the sleeve of their clothing.

"Hey! Hey! I need to find me! Have you seen Sonata?"
The kid sounds pretty urgent.
Day 2, in the library
The little girl in the even littler nation's body is at one of the terminals, and she's pitching a fit. Seems she caught the video of the swapping procedure that was uploaded to the otherwise text-only network.
"AAAH! That's gross! That's really gross! What's he doing!? He shouldn't be doing that to us! HE SHOULDN'T BE DOING THAT TO US!!!"
And it continues in much the same vein, with much banging on the keyboard, and shaking of the monitor. It only stops when a coughing fit starts up.

1-20 (meet your...bed...mate, who is using UK's account AND body)
Nobody ever slept with him, near him, or anything of the sort, so anyone being that close made him immediately flail and tumble out of bed, sprawling with his shoulders on the floor and his legs stubbornly tangled in the blanket.
"Who's screaming!?" ...wait, huh? Was England in here...? Luke pushed himself up on his elbows, looking at his legs...
...
And then another scream, to join the one that'd woken him.
Library
He wants to take in the video properly, but the screaming makes that a bit difficult. He could go to another terminal, but then he might miss something. Finally, he snaps.]
Oh, they did that to all of us! [He scowls.] Or most of us... Calm down, child!
[He's the best at comforting distressed children.]
library!
Are you all right? Don't strain yourself!
[The way she says it and the manner in which she crosses the room to hover over Sonata-in-America without even really thinking about it, combined with looking and sounding like Kageyama Reiji instead, makes the whole thing really, really weird.
...Too bad she doesn't seem to realize it herself.]
It's horrible... You nor anyone else should have to witness that...

But when he saw the little boy who had been in his group in the pods he ran towards him, Sonata would notice he no longer looked deathly pale, Gyousou had made him stay in bed for ages and now he felt better, though the underlying blood sickness was still there.
"Do you need help? Are you in the wrong body?"
(Oh how glorious.)
"You're in Sonata's bed! Get out! Weirdo! Creep! Creepy weirdo!"
No, it has not quite occurred to her that she's not herself. Not yet.
Library
[She whacks the desk one more time, and then stops all her protesting. Because she left a dent in it. This body they stuck her in, it was pretty strong. She stares at her hand, then turns her head sharply to look at the guy that's trying to calm her down, then back to the desk.
Then she takes a deeeeeeep breath and presses both hands to the sides of her face. Calm. She's gotta be CALM.
The kid is still pretty stressed out.]
They didn't take pictures of it for you guys! This is worse. Worse!

[Sonata coughs again, looks up at Tippi-but-not, and just... stares. They're being very nice. They look kind of mean. It's kind of confusing. She scoots back deeper into her seat.]
Why'd they do this...?
[Tippi may also notice that the little niche where the terminal is set up has little dents all over it, now.]
no subject
"It's Sonata! Sonata! I got swapped with this kid, and he's strong, and he's a boy, and, and...."
[She's gesturing wildly about as she explains herself, but at least she's not hitting things and denting them anymore.]
lets pretend I have decent icons :|
"Don't worry Sonata, I'll help you!" He thought for a moment before there was a gust of wind and instead of a little boy there stood a black horned horse. "Jump on my back, I can go really fast and we will find your body really quick."
no subject
Perhaps you... [He trails off for a second, after ascertaining that the desk is indeed too solid for any normal child to have damaged it so easily.] ...you should take this as a blessing, ja? Maybe the video is here for a reason.
[Any other time, he wouldn't bother trying to calm down a stressed-out child. What can he say? The temptation of figuring out how someone so small could be so strong is too great to resist.]
We can both pretend o_o
"...Okay!" It's a good thing there was a chair to stand on to help her to get enough height to get on. Once she's on Taiki's back, she's holding tight, a little jittery. This is pretty high. She's never been on a horse.
"So... you're feeling better? You're not swapped around?" She sounded quite awed.

It's there to be scary! To scare everyone! And... and Sonata and that boy ESPECIALLY!
no subject
He rose off the floor, beginning to fly down the corridor, "Hold onto my mane. I'm still me."
no subject
And with a yelp she holds on very tightly to his mane. So fast! So very, very fast! It was kind of scary, especially being so little!
"You fly?!"
no subject
"I'm a kirin... sorry... do you know what one of those is?"
sorry for the ridiculous slowness, ugh ;;
[She's about to move in to hold Sonata comfortingly, but then takes a glance at the hands she stretches out to do so, and it occurs to her that she's probably not giving the impression she wants to.]
I'm sorry, I'm not in the form I should be in either right now... It may not be very convincing, but I cannot do this in my own body, I'm afraid...
But I understand, truly! If you need support, I will gladly offer you what I can...
no subject
[He says it like it's easy to do, but in truth, he would probably be reacting just as badly if it was his body up there on the screen.]
Then they don't win, and we might have a clue to work with.
no subject
It was getting easier to do this the longer they traveled. She found the right places to grip, and she was getting used to the speed and height and motion.

[Her little face scrunches up and her fists ball. It's a good idea, it sounds like a good idea, it sounds like something her big sister would say, but...]
Sonata's gotta be TOUGH. Okay. Okay-okay!
[Then she sniffled, and wiped her nose on her sleeve. Loudly as she said it, she didn't really feel it. Poor kid still looked shaken.]
It's okay! I'm slow, too!
[Even mean-looking people can try to be nice. If they were trying to be nice? She'd take nice. She could use some nice. She just about throws herself at the poor body-switched person.]
Sonata wants it to stop! Sonata wants to go home...

[He goes to give the kid a pat on his-her-whatever's back, but draws his hand away at the last minute. In an uncharacteristically sweet voice, he says:] It'll be alright.
[He doesn't want the kid to end up using its freakish strength on him, after all.]
day 1
Also he's not so much "around the corner" as "fallen over mostly in the middle of the hallway", so it should be easy to spot him.]
no subject
[She, too, is not quite fully adjusted to this body. Or the length of the nightgown. There's a stumble and an almost-fall as Sonata scoots towards the crumpled form of... herself.
It's very strange.]
Hey! Hey you! Give Sonata's body back! Switch back, switch back!
[Aaaand she'll shake poor America back and forth. This is before she actually figured out how the whole thing was done, after all. Confusion! Confusion everywhere!]
no subject
"Hmm... maybe he's not on this floor? Maybe we have to go somewhere else!"
no subject
Is someone gonna fix it? Someone's gotta fix it... They... we can be put back, right? Right?
no subject
no subject
"...aah? Sonata's okay! Sonata's okay... Sonata's never had a ride on a kirin before! Are you okay?"
no subject
He continued flying down the stairs. Looking around, "His name is America right... sorry I think I met him once."
no subject
[Richtofen puts on his best "solemn but determined" look, though, in this new body of his, it looks more like a pout.]
Don't you worry, child.
