[Jeanne manages to scowl at that. She tries not to be too judgmental of people, but that.... that was kind of a sore spot for her. In her first life she might have had similar views, that it was not a woman's place to fight in the army, but she still felt insulted whenever she was left out of meetings or a fellow soldier would call her out on that. She also realizes that times have changed, that there were many women - Heroic Spirit and normal human - that took part in battle, and she can accept that.

And of course, there was the matter of how obvious it was that this was a great insult to Saber's pride. That's just not cool at all.]


If he wished to fight beside you, that would be an entirely different matter. There would be a certain admirable quality about a desire like that. But attempting to fight against a Berserker in your place...? Did he not know that the Servants battling is the entire point of the Grail War's setup?
