[ Something was wrong. Terribly wrong. No, that's an exageration, Nunnally knows that much, but she can't help it with the cold bothering her senses. Her muscles felt weaker than ever before, but she wasn't going to allow that to keep her in bed. While she's been immobile for many years of her life, Nunnally does know the importance of moving around when it's cold. Laying in bed when she's this way won't do anything to get her blood circulating any better. So neglecting her aching body, she'll move into her wheelchair the best she can. Although her roommates can find her trying to move herself or catching her breath after she's made the transfer. ]

[ She's found herself just going through the various floors of the dormitories in an attempt to find any of her friends. Plus, it's around the time that new individuals were coming to the tower right? So what better way to greet them than by telling them that the tower isn't normally this warm. Huh, just a little while ago she was freezing, but now her face feels much warmer than before. In fact, she doesn't really seem as though she should be out of bed. If she sees someone though, she'll wave to greet them. ]

[ Everyone keeps saying that... Nunnally needs to invest in a pocket mirror. ]

Ah, I'm just a little sore admittedly. I thought it was because I slept in too long today, so I decided to get out of bed for a while.

I didn't mean to trouble you with my strangeness.

You're burning up. [Her hand is like a furnace, he puts his hand on her head.] I think you're ill. [No surprise really with the temperatures, he stood up and grabbed the blanket and sheet off his bed before going back to her chair.]

You need to be in bed, I'll stay with you though... if you want me to.

Aw, no! I mean, I didn't mean it like that, it's just-- you sure you feel okay?

No, not really...

It looks that bad, doesn't it? [ Fretting. ] Maybe this is a little cold because of the temperature, right?

Oh, of course they do! It'd be terrible if we forced them to stay there. And penguins cuddle up for warmth naturally, so they probably won't mind.

[Tohko then chuckled at her impersonation. However, that throat doesn't sound too good.]

That sounds more like a rooster. They're a bit more high-pitched..oh! [Tohko, a little bit surprised by this act of kindness take the handkerchief and dabs it at her nose. Not too much-she didn't want it to get too messy.]

Ah, thank you very much! That's really kind of you. I'll wash it for you and give it back to you later. And it sounds like you have a sore throat. If you want, I can get some throat syrup for you.

[ Oh, someone beat her to the handkerchief. Nunnally will take it graciously with a nod to further bolster her gratitude. ]

Thank, thank you! [ Holding it up to her face, she'll let the warmth from her fleeting body heat take care of her nose. ] This is so soft. Did you make it here?

[ But the parts of her body she can feel is sore, that's why she got out of bed in the first place. While normally she might not tease him for this sort of thing, she can't help herself when it slips out a bit more hopeful than it should: ]

[ That heat in her face is because of the fever and not for Other Reasons that involve teasing Suzaku. Nope. ]

Yeah, it's been pretty nasty, hasn't it? [He's wrapped up in a cloak himself, but it isn't very thick.] You want some help getting back to bed? It's no trouble.

[ It's troubling when it's a stranger. The amount of effort it takes to get her into bed is a lot when her body is this way. ]

If you think that's wise or maybe I should visit the infirmary. Where they do the collar checkups, right?

A rooster, huh? I suppose it's been a while since I've heard any kind of... oh, would you do that?

[ Her thoughts take a moment to catch up with the girl's words and she nods. ]

That might be nice. I was thinking of visiting the infirmary, but...

[ She kind of gets the skeevies there. ]

Yeah, that might be good too. It's a litle creepy though...

[Meiling pauses in the hall at the greeting and heads towards her. She's still in her short sleeved outfit so she probably looks cold.]

I'm fine...but you don't look to good. Are you sure you should be up and about?

[moralitypet]

Mm, I'm feeling better now that I'm out.

[ It's not like she's physically exerting herself too much. ] You're not dressed for this cold... Oh! Does that mean you don't have to worry about it?

[ Mm. ] That sounds nice. Having to not worry, that is.

[moralitypet]

I agree... I know my brother wouldn't approve of me visiting there on my own. [ A small frown. ] Maybe it's best I return to my room instead.

Huh? Oh yeah...I only have this outfit, But I am a bit cold, but this isn't much. Youkai are tough after all.

[She's not telling the WHOLE truth but still. She stops next to her and crouches down so she's not being too tall. Don't mind her being a bit worried.]

Especially in this type of cold, I agree. It's like a ice fairy had temper tantrum and froze everything.

[ Youkai. That word alone should startle her, but she's only heard about them from her caretaker during story time. ]

You're a real Youkai? [ Peering towards her closer. ] Wow, it's nothing like the stories I was told.

Oh, but an ice fairy throwing a tantrum? They do that? I always thought faeries were kind...

[She laughs a bit and gives a bit of a salute.]

That I am. Most stories I heard in the Outside world were meant to keep humans from straying into our homes and villages.

[She pauses, thinking on this for a moment and then rubs the back of her head]

Well...Most of them. If they are the stories about us stealing children and eating humans...Which I don't do if you are wondering!

Most faeries from Gensokyo like pranks more then they are kind. I could see one fairy doing this because someone called her stupid, Seems like her type of prank when she gets upset.

Sure! I wouldn't mind going with you. That place can be a little creepy sometimes, especially at night. And you don't have to worry-it's been awhile since I've heard any animals myself. To be honest, I'm surprised penguins are even living in the aquariums.

[Eleanor tilts her head to the side, looking down at Nunnally from behind her helmet. The portholes glowing green, she is, for now, at least in a good mood. She nods.]

[ Sayaka is not that new, having been here for over a month. All the same, she never met this girl before. Even so, the gentleness with which the question was made is going to be met with another smile and a wave. The idol has a scarf wrapped around her neck, but other than that, she had little luck finding something to cover herself with. Her nose is kinda red and she had to hold back a sneeze. ]

Ah-- I'm alright, thank you. [ She actually caught a cold, but will not show it. ] Are you, miss?

[He took her hands with his right one, feeling that her temperature is indeed above average just by that alone.

He might be a good liar, but by god Nunnally would probably be one of the worst when it comes to herself.]
