[ Something was wrong. Terribly wrong. No, that's an exageration, Nunnally knows that much, but she can't help it with the cold bothering her senses. Her muscles felt weaker than ever before, but she wasn't going to allow that to keep her in bed. While she's been immobile for many years of her life, Nunnally does know the importance of moving around when it's cold. Laying in bed when she's this way won't do anything to get her blood circulating any better. So neglecting her aching body, she'll move into her wheelchair the best she can. Although her roommates can find her trying to move herself or catching her breath after she's made the transfer. ]

[ She's found herself just going through the various floors of the dormitories in an attempt to find any of her friends. Plus, it's around the time that new individuals were coming to the tower right? So what better way to greet them than by telling them that the tower isn't normally this warm. Huh, just a little while ago she was freezing, but now her face feels much warmer than before. In fact, she doesn't really seem as though she should be out of bed. If she sees someone though, she'll wave to greet them. ]

[ Shaking her head, she reaches out with a hand for him. ] I'm actually feeling better today than I have all week.

[The door to the dormitory opens just as Nunnally is attempting to move herself. Jeanne had already gotten up and left the room some time ago, but the tower's chill had begun to affect even her, so she had returned to the room to find something a bit more warm to dress in.

Of course, that plan of action was immediately forgotten when she noticed Nunnally, and she quickly moved over to the girl's bedside.]

[ Her voice is scratchy, but even if she has to strain to speak, Nunnally isn't the type to neglect her manners. ]

[ It's someone she hasn't met before, so Nunnally can't help but ask. ] Forgive my asking, but I try to familiarize myself with everyone here.

[Tohko was feeling a little lightheaded, and her nose was a bit clogged up, but that didn't mean that she was going to quit taking care of the library. As she walked through the hallway, she heard someone call out to her, so she turned around and smiled at the girl.]

I'm alright. How about you? How are you holding up?

That's not a very nice thing to say...

[ It's not as though she's had the chance to look in a mirror. Pushing back her hair behind her ear, she'll stare up at him with a small frown. ]

Is it really that bad?

Mm, well enough.

[ Not wanting to burden others with her problems, she keeps them locked behind a smile. ] This cold is really something, isn't it? I don't think I've ever felt it be this cold before.

Well, that's good. If you need any help, don't hesitate to ask. I'm a simple book girl, but I may be able to help. And this cold is pretty terrible. It didn't get this chilly back home, so I'm not that used to it.

[Tohko then nodded, reminded of V/V's plans for today.] It's cold there too, but I'm fine when I go in. By the way..V/V was planning on having a huddle meet-up on the fourth floor to get everyone warmed up. If you want to come, you'll be more than welcome, and there'll be penguins!

It's the least I can do for being brought here. I know that it can be frightening to be here alone, so if I can meet as many new people as possible, I can hopefully alleviate their fears.

Yup, penguins! They've been living in the aquarium floor, so I thought I'd bring them along to keep us company. And it is. You should come on by..and I am inviting you, but everyone else in the Tower is invited too, if they want to come.

[Tohko then sneezed over her shoulder.]

[Eridan's trying to bundle up as best he can. The Scarf and cape combo does wonders for this. He's got the cape wrapped around him and the scarf's poking out. It actually looks rather hilarious.]

Aside from freezin' my fins off? I mean the ocean is usually pretty cold, but it's never like this. How do you even LIVE in this weather?

They get to return home after that, right? [ Just... confirming. ] I'm not sure how they'd feel about cuddling to keep warm, but it'd be cute to see. Do they make noises like...

[ Nunnally tries her best impersonation of what she thinks a penguin sounds like; between her sore throat and imagination, it sounds more like a rooster than anything. ]

Wait, forgive me of my manners, but did you just sneeze? [ Digging around in the side of her wheelchair and aha. Holding out a handkerchief towards her: ] Here, you can use this.

I've been having a little trouble today. The cold might have given me a little cold in return, so it's best I don't talk to very many people.

[ Just to further prove herself, there goes a sneeze. Nunnally's quick to duck her face into her forearm at least. ]

[ It seems she's not even sure that she should judging by her befuddlement. Her fingers recoil a bit in his hand as the aches tug at her mind to remind them of their existence. ]

It's too chilly to just lay about, so I thought I should get out a bit more. I feel better doing so.

Ah, but your hand is so cold, Suzaku-kun. [ No, her's is just that hot. ]

I don't recall it ever being this cold.

[ Motioning him closer, she adds on: ] Can I fix your scarf? It looks a bit strange and stuffy in the way you're wearing it. I don't know how to describe fixing it to you, but if you'd allow me to just readjust it myself...
