"Mm-hmm. They get a little bit scared, or a little bit upset that people think they're so scary. They're misunderstood, that's all. That's why there are the directions, so they won't be so misunderstood."

Feferi smiled again, nodding her head.

"I know it's scary, being in the dark and all that. It was like that talking to them back home, too. But it was always okay, because I knew all I needed to do was keep being nice."

At that exclamation, she grinned - careful of her teeth - and let out a giggle. "That's exactly right! Things are glubbing to be just fine."
