[So perhaps this wasn't the best time to be exploring the tower, what with the extra monsters wandering around and the horrific mist that steadily drives anyone who enters it insane. But that didn't mean Amelia couldn't make a note of any important looking floors while searching for people in need to help, and Floor 15 proved especially interesting. A workshop, possibly with the tools needed to properly maintain her equipment... not enough time to look closely though.
Satisfied the floor was clear for the moment Amelia quickly set for the staircase again, thankfully having not been exposed long enough to hear anything beyond the occasional whisper. At least so far. And that's when she thought she heard somebody talking to themselves along with footsteps. Somebody friendly? Somebody dangerous? Either way it sounded like somebody was coming up the staircase. Just in case she let one hand come to a rest on the hilt of her sword, hesitating on approaching any closer for a moment. Better safe than sorry right now.]
