Characters: Kyousuke Kamijou // OPEN
Setting: Floor 28, Floor 34, Floor 44
Format: actionspam
Summary: His voice is sort of back, but that doesn't really mean he's all there.
Warnings: Possible deaths by either: thinking too hard about a room or suicide by jumping.
[He had seen the network post, and the fact that only his soul is the one that's saved cause him to think on his experience within his dead world, and how it made sense that he didn't age at all, as well as the fact that he could even still be living without all the important nutrients his body needed.
To say that it didn't shock him would mean that he's lying to himself, and thus, like always, he decided to cope with this in only one way he knew how.]
[Floor 28]
[Whenever one comes across this floor, they could hear music being played; most of the time they're classical music, and well, that's really what that single violin player in the middle of the room knows as some of the instruments are playing along, as if making a harmony that looked probably a bit creepy as the rest of the instruments don't really have a player behind them.]
[Floor 34]
[...You know, the more he thinks about it, stepping off the stair case might not be a really good idea, as he's started thinking that it'd be better for him to just. Fall off the tower and hit the ground with a huge splat. That was his thought as he slowly walked to the edge of the floor, peering down on the vast greyness of the sky. Thankfully, he has half his mind to not actually jump
He's pretty close to actually jumping, though.]
[Floor 44]
[...Okay, this is actually starting to make him boggle, to be honest. Everytime he tries to measure the damn room, it just keeps on making less sense; barring some of the weird architecture he's seen back home (well, at least, the designs he could recall). He has half his mind to keep on trying to make sense of this place, all the while as a headache began creeping up his head.
You will find him actually using a measuring tape trying to measure one end of the room from the other as you pass through the floor.

Floor 34
And while Tohko usually didn't come up this high, she had been wanting to take a walk after her library duties, so she had walked up..and aw Kyousuke standing dangerously close to the edge. Instantly reminded of Chia, Tohko ran in, hoping to grab him before it was too late to do so. Sure, death was like a slap on the wrist here..but who knew if they had enough body parts for him right now? Besides, death was horrible.]
Kyousuke! Don't you dare jump, do you hear me?!
Floor 28
Minato can hear the music playing and walks in, following where it comes from. He's expecting to see the instruments playing by themselves. So when he found that there's someone playing a violin, he's mildly surprised.]
...It sounds wonderful.
floor 34
It'll do you no good. You'll just come back, wouldn't you? I mean, if you're thinking about doing that.
[ Her voice, while blunt with her words, is gentle. She gets closer to him, making sure that she's ready to grab him if he jumps. ]
no subject
[Okay that yelling actually surprised him, but at least he took a step back rather than forward, phew.]
...I'm not... jumping.
[at least he is speaking right now.]
no subject
[The performance was over soon enough, as the instruments settled back into silence, and he grabbed a drink from besides him as he sat down to rest at one of the chairs.]
Do you like music?
[better start this convo.]
no subject
[The desire to just jump and embrace the sweet nothingness of death even for a while is really bad at this point, but the sentence at least grounded him a bit as he took a step backwards from the edge]
no subject
..It's good that you're not. There are tons of people here who would get sad if you did..but..when could you speak?
no subject
[Although in this tower, Minato have more than enough time to pick up the violin again.]
no subject
[Since there's a lot, y'know.]
no subject
[There's some coughing as he said that, but other than that, he seemed to be fine.]
no subject
no subject
[He picked it up before, playing it on and off.]
no subject
[uh. he noticed that the desire is growing into shouts within his mind.]
It's getting kinda hard to hear.
no subject
[Whoa, this is actually a pretty lucky break, since when else could he meet other players?
...Not of the girl kind of course.]
no subject
[But..maybe this was another psychological condition of this floor.]
..If you come back to the stairs and rest, maybe your hearing will improve.
no subject
[You know, his schoolmates, Sayaka, his girlfriend, and even the person before him.]
no subject
[Tohko yelled that out quickly before she could stop herself, so she tried to calm down before she spoke again. She was not having a person succeed with killing themselves in front of her! No way!]
Don't listen to them! There are quite a few people over here who wouldn't want you to jump! They would be terribly upset! So, please, don't jump!
no subject
[...right, he needs to get off this floor, and fast.]
no subject
I'm a little rusty, so I'm not as good as you at the moment.

[His world's dead anyways.]
I've got nothing aside from people I've met in this place, and even then I can't really do anything to help them.
[jump, jump, jump.
goes his mind while his body continued resisting.]

Think about that, and tell me if you still feel like jumping!
no subject
[He can't... hold on much longer, but really, since when is a human mind capable of resisting otherworldly suggestions as he took a step backward, bringing him back to the edge again.]
no subject
Then I would tell you the story of Melos. It should show you why you shouldn't give up. And I'd try to drag you back to the stairs so you could get a level head! And I'd try to help you out any way I could!
no subject
[The haze is still there, but for now, the feeling of someone holding him at least comforted him a bit.]
no subject
[Ah, good, so she was successful. Tohko would start walking back towards the stairs, carefully pulling Kyousuke along with her.]
no subject
...Thanks, by the way.
no subject
You're welcome. If you ever feel like jumping again, come and find me in the library. I'll help you out.
no subject
[there's a nervous laughter there.]
But I'll make sure to pay you a visit now and then.
no subject
[Have a nervous chuckle back, Kyousuke.]
But I wouldn't mind seeing you around in the library! If you want, I'll recommend some books to you when you come in.
no subject
[note to self: do not make puns ever again.]
And the muse laughs at Kyousuke's bad puns..
Good! I'm glad to hear that! Just make sure that you don't lose it.
no subject

[Have a headpat as Tohko releases your arm, Kyousuke.]
Well, I'm going to head back down to the library. Be careful next time, alright? And don't lose your hope! In this place, it's more previous than water.
no subject
[/small thumbs up.]
no subject
Well..I'll try my best. In here, you eventually run into one dangerous situation or another, but I'll try to keep it to a minimum.
[Try.]
