It's beach-party-time!

Setting: Floor 62; forward-dated to mid-Summer
Format:Whatever fits; everything goes! :3
Summary: The KH-cast ends up having a beach day by chance.
Warnings: I assume there will be lots of chilling and cuteness. So, nothing that really warrants a warning? Except maybe the potential cavities?

Riku isn't really doing anything special... apart of sitting back in the sand with Highwind curled by his side and soaking in the humid heat - it's just like on a summer day back home on Destiny Islands. It feels like it's been forever since it's been warm outside, nevermind this warm, and Riku for his part is planing to enjoy every second it lasts.

Occasionally, he reaches up to tug at the strands of his so very recently cut hair; he isn't quite used to it's new length yet... but he finds that he likes it. There are certainly a lot of advantages to it, especially with the current weather.

He sighs quietly as he lets himself fall back into the sand, not quite able to help the thoughts of home that cross his mind as he stares up into the 'sky'.

Today is really quite a nice day.

There are numerous times when Naminé is not particularly glad to possess such thin clothing. Today is not one of those times. Today, she is endlessly thankful for her little white dress and sandals; she doesn't even have to regret not being faster about the endeavors she's been considering making toward making new clothing on one of the new floors.

No, today, as concerning as it is for the weather to be behaving in such a way, is a good day to be Naminé (or at least to be dressed like her). All the same, she'd like to be even cooler (or less hot, anyway), and so she makes the trek to the sixty-second floor after a little while languishing in what heat still accosts her. The beach was an obvious choice, if only for the sake of certain memories that don't actually belong to her. So it is that she reaches that particular floor, intent on investigating the possibility of going wading in the water.

[Well, he's not the only Riku wandering out onto the beach today. Given the heat, how could he resist? It's the first time he's been able to dress in his summer clothes in ages, so when he finds his double, he'll go ahead and flop down.

Looks like we're on the same wavelength... But I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
