Or at least trying to. Having wings for arms causes more of the equipment to end up on the floor while he's trying to sort it into the various open drawers. Feathers just slide things about and can't pick things up.
Sometimes he hasn't quite got the grip right on the box, hugging his wings around it occasionally makes it crash to the floor between the wings. This in turn causes him to stop and spend a great deal of time getting the box into a position by which he can lift it again and carry on. The wings on his back spread widely to allow the balance while he does this; he learnt early on that falling to the floor wastes time and prevents him from fulfilling his tasks.
Inside of it's skin, Sephiroth is livid with anger and would do anything to stop piggy-backing in his own body! Not that anyone can tell, the drone just goes about it's business and can't even talk back.]
