And John, for his part, just keeps making goofy faces in the mirror. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary is happening, as far as he can tell. But then again, he's not looking in his blind spot.

Then again, that's why it's called a blind spot.

And the reflection there is anything but ordinary. When Dave's blindsighted reflection catches his attention, his face cracks into a truly wicked smirk. It looks almost unnatural on John's face, and he's no stranger to mischievous looks every now and again. But there's something about this one that's just bone-chilling.

Good thing neither of the boys can see it.

The reflection nods. Once he notices. It's in the rules, after all. You can't drag someone over until they've truly acknowledged you! But that shouldn't be hard... Seriously, look at the kid. Is there easier prey? Reflection!John doubts it.

"Okay, yeah. I am beginning to think this one might be a dud, man." John stops making faces and shifts a little, folding his arms over his chest and narrowing his eyes at the mirror.

"I'm not seeing anything happen other than what normally happens when I look in a mirror."
