[Quark feels sick. Or, rather, he feels like he should be sick, but can't, because he hasn't eaten and his new appearance wouldn't allow it. He figures it must be the adrenaline starting to calm down inside of him. It's probably hard to tell, but his tense frame seems to ease a little.
It helps to know that he's not the only one who looks this way, and who can see what he's seeing. Even though he doesn't know this girl, who introduced herself as Sheba, he's still not alone.]
