Summary: Archer attempts to gather the hackers of the Tower for a plan.
Warnings: Nothing so far.

[ Archer can be found waiting in the men's bathroom nearest room 2-10 well before the appointed hour, watching the door seriously, scrutinizing everyone who comes in as if he could tell that way if they are the administrators' mole. Woe betide someone who shows up just needing to relieve himself or wash his hands.

When two hours have passed, he waits a little longer to see if anyone else will show up. Five, ten minutes. But he's increasingly restless as the minutes pass; he doesn't trust the administrators not to spy on them even in here.

Finally, with no preamble, he speaks. ]

Shall I make it brief?

I consider the administrators, or at least Ruana, my enemy, and so I've got to learn more about them. It's too bad, but I can't do that on my own in this place. I will be nothing but a decoy in this plan, and you technical sorts will be the brains. Let me explain.

As soon as possible, some of you will hack into the elevator control system in an attempt to gain access to the lower levels, while I make a show of pacing about the elevator itself. This is the decoy. While that happens, and if all goes well while that distracts the administrators and weakens their security, the rest of you will take to the terminals and bend all your skills to hacking into the system to dig up whatever information you can find. Files have been exposed from the network's depths before. There must be more there.

If there are questions, make it quick.

[Naoya leaves his trailing worker unit at the door, grumbling about how it's giving him a headache. Again. He heads into the bathroom and leans against the wall, waiting for others to show up.]

[When Archer speaks, he huffs in amusement.]

Hacking the elevator control isn't that hard. So long as they haven't changed the codes again, it's just a matter of punching them in.

I could be on either team, though I have considerable skill in information retrieval.

[Arturia had decided to check this out, simply for the sake of curiosity and in case her maps of the Administrative levels would be needed. She was heedless of this being the men's room and instead gave Archer an amused look.]

Somehow I had a feeling it would be you.

[Then she heard the plan and she shook her head. Typical.]

Perhaps I should join you in the pacing? The Administrators know I have been down to their floors twice and I have no doubt they fully expect me to make another attempt.

[ The message on the network definitely pinged a few buttons on Sertoria's radar as far as what she could do to help out. She soon arrives to the bathroom, her head covered with her hood as she enters the room.

She soon removes her hood and leans against a wall for a few moments, listening as Archer details his plan. ]

I do have a question, sir. If the situation goes grim, how will you stay in touch with us to let us know to evacuate?

[ A pause. ]

I can offer my services in either, although I am more skilled with the technological portion of this mission as you may have guessed already.

[terreifying]

[After listening to Archer's speech, Rei raises her hand.]

I like computers, but I think it would be better if I helped you pace around the elevators. My skills are better used for that than hacking.

[looselips]

[Of course Shinji shows up. Maybe a child looks out of place here, but he doesn't let that deter him, skulking along the wall with his arms crossed over his chest. His brow furrows as he listens to the suggested plan, a faint scowl touching his lips.]

[When Archer opens the floor to questions, the only one Shinji cares to ask is,] How soon is "as soon as possible"?

[After feeling so powerless, he's antsy to do something.]

[Richtofen, who's looking a whole lot more relaxed and somehow doubly as cheerful as he usually does, has wound up sitting cross-legged on the bathroom floor (hey, he's sat in filthier places). Once the speech is over, he raises a hand.]

Ja, I have a question. How likely is it that this plan will end in all our gruesome deaths?

[The last part is almost sing-song. He's done this enough times by now to know how it goes, but he wants this guy's opinion on the matter.]
