There aren't any Elemental Lighthouses here. From the sound of things, they use something called "psionics," not Psynergy. Their powers don't seem to be tied to any particular element, either...

And there's people from other worlds who do things that aren't psionics or Psynergy. There are more things at work here than we know.

Some of the monsters have the ability to do something similar to the Bind Psynergy, but they don't actually cast anything. It just happens when you get too close. Others... well, they haven't all had anything I can match up to a type of Psynergy that I know about. It's more common for them to have something completely new...
