Characters: Aqua and ~you~
Setting: Floor Eighteen
Format: Starting prose, but I can do action too.
Summary: Aqua needs more constructive ways to deal with her paranoia.
Warnings: Group B paranoia, unspeakable urge to put experiment subjects out of their misery (but she probably won't -- unless you want her to), potentially language depending on who tags.

Everyone was a suspect. Did you bring us to this tower? Are you the one who did those horrible things to those people? Are you just spying on us?

Aqua didn't know why, all of a sudden, she wasn't willing to trust anyone. It was an uncomfortable feeling, settling deep into her bones and more often than not giving her the shivers. So she channeled her new-found paranoia into something constructive: researching the Tower.

Not that she had come far, as there didn't seem to be any sort of research available on this place in either library. So, instead, she was seated at one of the tables in the poorly-lit eighteenth floor with sheets of paper scattered about her, some blank and some filled with notes -- mostly observations, some theories.

She jumped every now and then when the lights dimmed and it sounded like someone entered the room, but no one was ever present. Some of the papers accordingly had lines that jumped across the paper in her alarm. But otherwise, they were written fairly neatly, if a bit...incohesive.
