[Sent and Received]
Characters: Asch and whoever wants to join the hasslesquad
Setting: July 10th, multiple floors
Format: Meh.
Summary: Senior redhead returns from dead homeworld, and takes care of a few loose ends.
Warnings: Dead homeworld shit.
Dorm Hallways
[Here's a figure who hasn't been around in a while - after waking up back in that too-familiar bed, Asch started roaming the dorm halls, checking the names on the doors. He pauses at a few - some names that are still there, some that haven't been there in a while. His expression is mostly considering, a few spots of relief -
At one door on the fifth floor, he stops a moment longer, before shaking his head fiercely and walking further down the stairs.]
Meadow
[If you're stopping off here, it might take a moment to spot Asch, nearly at the far wall from the staircase. Red hair among red and orange flowers, not unlike daisies - it might be that this spot has had special care taken of it, but who knows.
Either way, here's a redhead gathering a few flowers, oranges and yellows and green leaves, and then he takes a seat to braid them together around the scabbard of his sword. A keen eye might spot a poppy or two in the braid, not native to this meadow. Never hurts to be prepared, after all.
And if you're listening close, you might hear the faintest sound of a song as he works -
Do you hear this Tower sing?
Singing a song that's writ in green...]
Mailroom
[And in the late evening, nearly sunset -
A simple note, unsigned, is folded around one of those flowers. I looked for you. I don't think you'd want to know what I found. There's no address, either - it's just folded carefully and dropped into the mail. The flower is all the address it really needs. It takes Asch a long time to close the drop box and step away with a sigh.]
Pain in the ass.
[From him, it's almost the sound of affection.]

At first it sounded like someone was whispering something but as she stretched herself and listened carefully, she sort of picked up the faintest sound of a song being recited. She blinked, not quite sure what to make of it but forced herself up to find the owner f the faint sound she heard. ]
Fine with me!
He's still humming under his breath as the band of flowers is finished and he starts wrapping it around the top of his sword's scabbard, letting a few leaves dangle further down the sheath.]
Yay!
Clearly, she would rather not surprise people since she knew it would not end well. ]
Hello, that song your humming sounds nice. What is it?
[ There were many people in the Tower that she had not met before, but have seen or caught a glimpse of once or twice. ]

It's the song Feferi Peixes put on the network about a month ago.
[He kind of memorized it during his visit home, whoops.]
