Well, maybe not exactly. Sure, the Adephagos was a very real and very looming threat, but had they really failed so quickly? And if they had, how had someone saved them and... Brought them where? To a whole new planet?

It didn't seem to make sense to Estelle. Neither did the fact that they'd apparently taken the time to redress her only to give her back her clothes in the trunk at the foot of her bed, which she'd quickly changed into. Or that they'd given her back her weapons, which she'd scooped up immediately.

Now she was wandering the Tower, looking as though she isn't sure whether she should prepare for an attack or try to wake up. If someone had rescued her, they'd certainly rescued her friends, right?]

How interesting! Humans only ever have one blood color.

[...hmm. This doesn't surprise him! After that big battle, he'd seen enough human blood to at least suspect that it was always that ridiculous candy red, but it is interesting to have it confirmed]
