[So, Tower. Last night, the boys in Room 1-20 may have noticed a lump under the covers of one of the previously-unoccupied beds. It may have looked like it was shaking. In reality, it was more than just a lump; it was this loser, hiding from A. the indigo-blood sleeping in the adjacent bed and B. everyone else. The lump didn't seem to respond to very much prompting.]
[In the morning, however, he finally gathered the courage to look around the tower, and soon found out that this place had a kitchen. So guess where he's going to be for the rest of the day? Yeah, there, cooking whatever he can think of, using ingredients that he may have noticed were sitting around, as well as a few from home, because seriously, there was no grubsauce in this pantry. None. So, he's been at it for a while now, and anyone walking past the door to the kitchen come lunchtime will smell what is undeniably a big pan of cooking grubloaf -- proper grubloaf, mind you, not like that brownblood makes it.]
[Oh, also he might be making some cookies later. So you should stick around for that.]

[Equius is p. displeased with his other self right now. What the heck, you went to all the trouble of building a soulbot for this rust blood? That is... way too much... even for an Aradia...]

[Yeah, she's starting to get that from him]
accidentally wrote that last paragraph in second person sob ;-;
[...Oh, wait. This one is a redblood.]
[Well... she should have agreed to be his matesprit in the first place... he supposes... yeah wow that's kind of a jerk move no matter which way you look at it.]
...That is extremely underhanded behavior.
[Though it's really not a bad id-- ...NOPE. UNDERHANDED BEHAVIOR. UNDERHANDED ALWAYS. If he ever see this other Equius, he hopes the other will forgive him for temporarily disregarding their much higher place in the hemospectrum as he informs them that he is deeply, deeply ashamed.]
It's all good xD

[Like... how is that helpful... at all...]

It allowed me to do some things that needed to be done to maintain the timeline.

[She knows Eridan didn't make it so she's not surprised it's a question more than a statement]

Probably because that's what the game felt I should do?

[He... never thought of that.]
That 'game' was ridiculous, anyhow.

[He's having difficulty talking down to her; she reminds him way, way too much of his Aradia, who he wouldn't even think of talking down upon, for a variety of reasons.]

Don't call me a fool when you know nothing about me. If you didn't want to play you could have always let yourself die with the planet.

You're just as bad as I'd expect from an Equius.

Likewise. I couldn't ask for anything more from a rustblood.
[He pulls himself up to his full (considerable) height, and gives her a downright looming glare from behind Dem Shades.]

I'd have thought being so low on the spectrum yourself would have made you a little more sensitive about that kind of name-calling. Or do you hope that by acting like this the higher-bloods will approve of you anyway?
