towerofanimus | So you wanna be a boxer?

Characters: Romeo, Terezi, Ven, Signless, Dark!Sora, Link (the female one), Frankin Stein, and open to anyone else who would like to train a tiny child to fight, or just bumps into said child on his travels!
Setting: Many many places, pick one!
Format: I am going to start in prose but will match you!
Summary: Romeo wants to fight so he can beat the bad guys! Obviously all these threads are going to happen on different days etc but I am putting them together so I don't spam! Also if you're too busy atm or want to wait until after the event don't worry, I just wanted to put it up and am happy to backtag etc! Also if I missed anyone I'm sorry feel free to find him anyways!
Warnings: Potentially language, I will add as things come up.

Romeo had been trying his best to keep his spirits up. The Midnight Game hadn't helped, it had just made him more sad and angry at the bad people. But he couldn't stay being sad and angry because if he did then the bad people would have won. He couldn't let them win. He might be small and weaker than the bad people but Psiionic had been right, he had lots of friends and they could help him!

[for Signless, room 2-08] He went to see Psiionic first, he hadn't seen him in a little while and wanted to see how he was anyways. He knocked on the door of room 2-08 hoping that he was in.

[for Terezi, forest floor near the staircase] After getting lost here with Ienzo Romeo never went out of sight of the stair case, where he could escape easily. But he had picked up a stick and was busy attacking nearby trees with it. He might not be strong but if he hit the bad people with sticks then it should hurt them a little bit and might save his friends.

[for Ventus, room 1-16] Romeo hadn't seen Ven in a while, but he found his room easily enough though he had never visited it before and knocked on the door. Ven had told him he would teach him magic, and seeing the little bit of magic that Ienzo had been learning Romeo thought it could help him beat the bad people who had brought them here.

[for Sora, floor twenty] He was wondering who else could help him, he had to get good really fast if he was going to have any chance of saving Molly and the others that the bad people had taken, he had his stick again and was practicing on imaginary enemies.

[for Link, the meadow] Romeo ran through the meadow Piccolo on his head. He spotted Link, the man who wasn't an elf but looked like one anyways. He waved and skipped over. "Hello mister Link!"

[for Frankin Stein, room 1-07] Romeo knocked on the door bravely. He had been told that there was a lady who lived in this room who would help him learn how to fight if he asked her. Even though she was an adult Romeo was sure she would be nice, he smiled brightly when the door was opened.

[anyone else, anywhere] [Romeo on any floors, either practicing fighting or just meeting people. If you play a character who looks like a warrior he might ask for help.]

Romeo nodded, it had been strange but he hadn't seen the strange Ventus again after that one time. He guessed the bad people had taken him and that made him sad.

He looked in his trunk and pulled out a puppet that looked like a whale. Well... if you tilted your head and squinted and Romeo told you it was supposed to look like a whale. "Will this do?"

Ven look at the sort-of-a-whale puppet and gave a chuckle; not a mean one, but more entertained and light-hearted. "I can't see why not. I've never seen anyone use a puppet before, but if you can use it to concentrate and cast magic, then it should work!"

Romeo gave a big grin and nodded. "I don't know if I can use it to cast magic, because I never tried but I can concentrate really hard!" Or he can try, he is only eleven after all and his mind does wander.

Ven chuckled gave a small shrug. "Like I said, I was able to use a wooden keyblade to practice. I think it's more of a focusing point than any actual magical properties."

"But come on, we should probably go somewhere where it's safer and easier to practice; magic can get a little messy."

Romeo nodded with a smile, holding onto the whale puppet tightly. "Where should we go? Do we need lots of room?"

"Probably would be best. If I recall correctly, there are a few floors higher up that are completely empty. It'd probably be best to use those just in case we do accidentally cause some damage," He replied, after thinking a bit on the locations in the tower.

"...Uh, but first?" Ven carefully leaned over Romeo's trunk, looking for his keyblade and looking at the kid a bit sheepishly but waiting for approval before actually going through it. "Do you mind?"

"Oh yes! Your keyblade!" It wouldn't take much going through, the only things in there were the keyblade a spare shirt and a book, as well as the other couple of puppets.

"We can go there then!" Romeo grinned, excited to start his lessons.

Ven nodded and-- careful not to disturb the other contents of the chest-- grabbed his keyblade and pulled it out of the trunk, closing it behind him. He took a minute to hold the grip and smile; having Aqua's keyblade was nice, but it didn't beat having his own back.

"Alright!" He stepped back, spun the keyblade on the back of his hand and tossed it into the air; in a flash of light, the keyblade flew back down and transformed into the hover board. "Hop on!" He beckoned, jumping onto the board and motioning for Romeo to follow.

Romeo grinned as the keyblade turned into a hover board again. He hadn't used it since he turned back to a human because he had been meaning to give it back to Ven. But then the other Ven had been here and Romeo had gotten confused, and then he had forgotten. Which hadn't been very nice of him.

He jumped on behind Ven, it was much easier to balance on it as a human. He grinned again, "Let's go!"

Ven flashed Romeo a quick thumbs up, before leaning forward on the glider and pchoooooo off they went to appropriate floor. He stopped once they got to the twentieth floor, the board slowed to a stop and hovered just an inch or so off the ground as Ven hopped off.

Romeo grinned as they flew and hopped off the board seconds after Ven, he was looking forward to beginning there lessons and waited for Ven to tell him what to do first.

Once they were both off, the hoverboard flew up again and returned to its Keyblade form with a flash, falling into Ven's hand.

"Alright. We should probably start with something easy. How about a Cure spell or a Fire spell?"

Romeo grinned and nodded at Ven. "A cure spell? Is that the one you used to fix your hand?" He was still sorry about hurting Ven that time. Fire magic sounded useful as well though, especially with how cold it was!

"Yep! Like this--" Ven waved his keyblade a bit, and the same green leaves, flowers and bell chimed above Romeo's head. It probably wouldn't have that much affect, but if Romeo was feeling any fatigue, his energy would be restored as if he had just woken up from a good night's sleep.

It did make Romeo feel better and he grinned widely. "That's amazing! How do you do that?" Romeo loved learning new things, and this was something amazing.

Ven gave a chuckle. "Well like I said, it's magic!" And he gave a little spin of his keyblade in triumph.

"Most of it's about willpower, but being around magic probably helps."

"What's willpower?" Romeo's eyes were wide as he took in everything Ven said.

"Huh?" OK, that one kind of caught Ven off guard. Then again he didn't usually have to explain magic either, sooooo.

"Uuuh, it's like, your determination, I guess. Like, have you ever had the feeling when something is going wrong and everything is against you, that you still want to do something to help?"

Romeo frowned but then nodded! He felt like whenever things went wrong that he wanted to help no matter what! "I always feel like that! Whenever bad things happen I want to help everyone!"
