Summary: Sora loves caramel. So when he eats one of the caramel chocolates? Things go very, very wrong.
Warnings: Sora will be trying to steal hearts. Literally. Via his Heartless buddies. They are weak, though, so that's good. However, he himself is another story. Approach with caution.

[Caramel has always been an indulgence. He hadn't thought about what it meant or that it might be something dangerous. So he'd just quietly taken a seat in the meadow, staring at the ground afterward, with his two Heartless. The Shadow at his side, the Requiem in his lap.

He feels strange. Just slightly. Like the darkness in his heart is rising. Like it wants something. And maybe he does, but he can't pinpoint it. ...Not yet, at least.]

[Riku wouldn't be Riku, if he didn't take note of that little something that isn't quite right with his smile, of the slight change of the scent in the air - all indicators that something is wrong.

He stays as he is; there isn't anyone else in the room so who- or whatever is the source of Sora's displeasure is not here. And Riku just can't let Sora out of his sight, so going after them, ending whoever had upset his friend is out of question right now.]

[If only Riku knew what this smile meant. It wasn't displeasure--it was dark intent. There's no upset. He'll just start to walk over, still smiling. But the darkness is rising more in Sora, bubbling up to the surface, and soon it'll make its presence known.]
