First Memory ☄ Open
Characters: Yuuto, and whoever wants to come bother the new arrival.
Setting: Starting in room 2-02, and then to the hallways.
Format: Either. I'm starting off with prose.
Summary: Yuuto goes exploring because like hell he's going to stay here.
Warnings: None. For now.
Voluntarily ending up in somewhere unfamiliar was pretty common for Yuuto. He had the means to travel anywhere-- and to any time. On the other hand, waking up somewhere unfamiliar with no recollection of how he ended up there was not. One thought ran through his mind-- had he finally used one too many Zeronos cards?
Regardless, here he was, on a bed, in a room, and right now he was reading one of the letters he received. His eyes widened at reading that his world had been destroyed, and he chose not to read any further. Instead he crumpled up the paper and threw it on the ground, and walked to the chest at the foot of his bed with a frown, hoping that it contained something useful.
Luckily, it did.
A quick change of clothes later, Yuuto was ready to head out and get answers... or to possibly force his way out. Whichever came first.

And it certainly wasn't going to be something he was going to dwell on at the moment. Getting out of here was his priority.
"The Oni?" he asks, a bit incredulously, too. He dwells on the thought for a moment, remembering that ordeal from when he was a boy. It had been the first time he met Deneb... and Toki. For a split second, the memory itself brings the smallest of smiles to his face... but it doesn't last very long.
Yuuto tries to completely recall the incident. Time had been screwed with (again), and it had caused him to disappear... And then a light bulb went off in Yuuto's head.
Deneb didn't know yet.
"Did you meet a little boy yet, by any chance?"

Usually.
"Ah, yes!" Deneb's walking now, going to find Yuuto. "Yuu-kun - he'd just talked his way into riding along with us despite Owner's warnings."
no subject
Not that Yuuto would take that adventure back, but if the rest of them had known who that little boy was, everything would have gotten more complicated. Deneb probably wouldn't have made the contract with him, let alone actually let him come along.
"Sounds like the kid was a good talker, for the Owner to let him on the DenLiner, though."

"He had a lot of enthusiasm! From what I've heard, he seems to have a soft spot for such things." A pause. "The good types of enthusiasm, that is."
I HAS INTERNET AGAIN! \o/
Now he was just kind of stringing Deneb along, waiting to see how many hints he could drop before the Imagin would catch on. Yuuto also stops walking around aimlessly, waiting for his friend to appear down either side of the hallway.
Huzzah!
"YUUUUUUUTOOOOOOO!"

"D-Deneb! Wait!"
Too late.

But now he's trying to push you away so he can get some answers.
"Is it true? What the letter said. Is our world... our time... is it really gone?"
no subject
His head hangs, and he shakes it. "I don't know - Much as I've tried, I can't get back to the ZeroLiner or the DenLiner. All we have to go on is their word, but I don't know how much I trust it."
