Characters: Buffy and you!
Setting: Dorm room and hallway outside of it.
Format: Prose, but I'm good with whatever floats your boat.
Summary: Buffy wakes up in the Tower.
Warnings: None right now.
When Buffy comes to, she seems to be quite calm. Sure, the bit of sleep paralysis worried her, as well as her new surroundings, but she was used to weird things just happening. Sure, she was a little wary about how she ended up here... wherever this was... but now wasn't the time to freak out. Information first, possible freaking out later.
Right now, what concerned her the most was her current clothing situation. Sitting up in bed, she looked down at the white bodysuit clinging to her body.
"Really not my style. If this is the fashion around here, whoever decided to send me here-- we're going to have a serious talk."
Pushing herself out of bed, she walks over to the door and opens it, deciding to survey the hallway before her. It reminded her of college, and the corner of her lips twitched downward, forming a frown. It sort of reminded her of college dorm-life. She didn't need her Slayer-senses to tell her that something was wrong here.

He saw the woman and smiled at her, "Hello..." he nodded politely, he hadn't seen her before though with his moments of illness lasting longer there were many he hadn't met before.

She blinks for a second, looking at the boy.
"Hey." Needless to say, Buffy is a little surprised, maybe even a tad bit concerned that there's a young child walking around. Alone... and wrapped up in an oversized cloak.
"Are... you alright?"

"To be honest, this whole place gives me the jeebs. I mean, I only just woke up and it feels like I'm a lab rat, or something," Buffy says with a sigh.

But... erm... they do experiments and things..." He always felt awful telling new people about the tower, as he never knew how to tell them.

But Buffy is surprised to hear about the whole experimentation part. She was really only joking about it in the first place. "You're serious? Experiments?" That frown just suddenly turned into a grimace. "Okay, who do I have to hurt to get out of here?"
no subject
He nodded though. "Sorry... Yes... awful ones... they seem to like hurting us..."

She stops short, freezing in place. She feels as if her heart nearly stops as well, but she knows that's hyperbole.
"Buffy?" she breathes, and then her brain kicks in again. She sort of half-stumbles, half-kneels to dump the books on the ground in her haste to get to her, the thick leather tomes spilling out in a line across the tile.
But she doesn't care, because a second later she has her arms wrapped around her best friend, hugging her before she even gives her a chance to say anything. She notices that she's still wearing the white body suit, a clear indicator that she'd just arrived a moment ago.

Her eyes go wide for a split second as she recognizes Willow instantly, and starts returning the hug, matching the grip of her best friend. Buffy is relieved to see a familiar face here, but also just as concerned.
"Oh thank god, Willow," she breathes out as she pulls back from the hug. "What happened? I thought we won."
no subject
"We're probably from different times. It's so crazy here, Buffy, everything is-- is so whacked, I don't even know where to start."
She's taken a step back, but holds her at arms' length, hands on her arms. Willow's not quite capable of letting go yet.

"Wait wait. Back up for a second. Different times?" Now, Buffy is confused. What was this place, exactly? "You're going to have to get on with the explain-y because you and me need to be on the same page."
She pauses for a moment, sorting out her thoughts. She also notices that Willow isn't wearing the hideous jumpsuit. "And you need to tell me where to find something other than this... thing I'm wearing. Because I think I might not ever leave this room if I don't get a change of clothes soon."
no subject
"--Oh, uh, yeah, explain-y needs to happen, but let's get you clothes first. Turn around, lady, it's back inside." She gives her a gentle push back into the room. It'd give them privacy to continue their talk in Buffy's room anyway, as it seems her roommates aren't around, and Willow really wants privacy for this.

"My bad for the spoilers," she says, apologetically. "But yeah. We fought, you gave the Potentials their powers, and wham-bam-thank you-ma'am. The First is toast." She flashes a cheerier smile at Willow.
Letting herself be pushed back into the room, Buffy wonders what Willow was going to do about the whole clothing situation. "Okay, okay. Clothes being priority and all, but mind explaining this collar thing? Matched up with the jumpsuit, it kind of feels like a bad S&M dream gone horribly wrong."

To distract herself from thinking about magic and bad decisions, Willow goes over to what has to be Buffy's bed, as it's the one completely unlived in, and opens the trunk at the foot of it. "Here's clothes, or well, whatever they decided to give you from home." She straightens up and takes a step back to let her have access to it. "The collars are... we don't really know what they're for. The people that run the tower just decided to have a rainbow, I guess. We have to go get them changed out every other week; honestly it's a pretty creepy process."
