Format: I prefer action, but I'll follow!
Summary: Pipit wakes up and... does... everything people do when they wake up.
Warnings: ~~BIRDS~~ None, but I'll change it if I need a reason.

[Pipit's not really used to waking up with sleep paralysis or in a home he can legitimately breathe in, so needless to say, he does freak out a little bit when he wakes up - and once the paralysis wears off, he sits up quickly, to get a look at his surroundings.

This... sure isn't his house. ~~It's way too clean.~~

Yeah, he notices all of his roomies that may or may not be in there, sure - and he'll be happy with greeting them, they all look so young! - but first what the hell is this jumpsuit he's in. Don't mind if he just gets into his tunic because seriously, he's not Ghirahim.

But once he's got everything settled - shield and sword on his back like they should be - he offers up a smile and a wave to those joining him. c:]

[Yeah; he can ask about this place once introductions are over.]

[Any floor anywhere!!]

[Pipit's going to be wandering the tower for sure, checking every nook and cranny he can get to and trying to get his bearings. And also probably fighting off monster birds on the forest floor because holy hell these things have teeth what kind of birds have teeth. Feel free to run into this Link lookalike in the golden yellow tunic! Or trip him! Or whatever, he really doesn't mind anything!]

Pipit leads the way down the hall then, keeping a steady, almost marching like pace, only really stopping to peek into rooms as they pass by.
He... wants to find Nageki a library, before anything else.]

[ And he kind of wants a library more than anything so YEAH.

Nageki does have to admire how upbeat the guy is, though. He's just like Hiyoko. For a time he remains silent, at least, until the question is so pervasive in his mind that he simply has to know. ]

Are you a hunter-gatherer? Do you live in a cave?

[ All humans are, right? That's a thing that humans do? Fight with spears, eat udon, live in caves? ]

My mother and I share a home on Skyloft together, and I buy our food.

There are farms all over Skyloft that grows our food to buy, too.

[He gives him a smile over his shoulder - hunter-gatherers? In caves? Humans must be odd, where he comes from.]

[ I mean he's read old books about humans but he only had Hiyoko for an example and the other humans he's seen--

Nope. There's not a lot to hunt where I come from, anyway; and I doubt that anyone would be happy eating a Keese or a Remlit!

He heads down a stair case then, still leading the way!]]

[ He's actually kind of grateful. ]

So humans don't have to eat meat?

[ HE'S A BIRD, YO. It kind of weirds him out.

And oh hey, his first big challenge: STAIRS. By now at least he can walk without falling down but it IS still kinda hawkward for him. ]

Well - they don't have to, no. A lot of people where I come from don't, because there's not a lot of meat to go around.

I prefer breads and vegetables, myself!

[... He waits a few steps down then, for Nageki. Might as well make sure he can make it down stairs safely.]

[ Pipit reminds him of Hitori, in a way. The more he thinks about it. Like some strange combination of Hiyoko and Hitori... ]

[Oop - he holds onto Nageki's shoulders with a gentle, understanding smile, and shakes his head.]

No, you're not! I don't have anywhere to be, and I'm not in a rush - I can wait for you as long as you need me to!

[ It's going to take them awhile to get there, too, so you had best be patient, Pipit.

On top of being not used to bipedal movement, his usual unhealthy state seems to have carried over, so he probably can't take a lot of rigorous movement. But he manages! It's just... kind of slow at first. ]

[ ... Memories of Hitori come screaming back to him and he shakes his head. He had promised never to say he was fine again, hadn't he? ... Haha. He wonders now how he's doing.

The boy does remain silent, even though he's grateful for the help, he's not very good at expressing himself. ]

Ah, here - sorry, but this will be much easier for you!

[Pipit takes a step back up and helps him... by picking him up, bridal style.]

You don't seem to used to your new legs yet, after all!

[ He's going to say something but-- ]

[ PICKED UP BRIDAL STYLE, SUDDENLY.

[ ... He can't fight or deny it.

He's not used to his human body yet; it's hard for him, and he's having a little trouble, since he's still pretty weak. He had been used to being this way while alive, but after he died, he had no feelings anymore--none.

So this is beyond confusing and going straight into embarrassing. ]

[ Except he's... horrible at making any sort of fights against anyone, and especially not someone so nice as Pipit happens to be.

Thus, Nageki is just... carried. Remaining kind of limp the entire time, a little red.

The only noise he makes is a small huff of meager protest, but other than that, he silently takes his (very girly) punishment. He'd never been very heavy, anyway.

He does try to open his mouth to say something, but nothing comes out, so he just closes it and glares. ~~Tsuntsuntsun.~~ ]

[Yeah, he heard that sound of protest - but Nageki doesn't seem to be fighting him, so carrying it is.]

... Well; it's much easier on you, isn't it?

[Besides, they can find the library faster!!!!]

[ ... HIS LIFE, HE SWEARS. ]

[ He can't deny it, nope. That's a small yes he doesn't want to admit to. ]

[Welp; that just means he'll be carrying you for a while, Nageki.]

Hopefully a library isn't too far; I'm sure you want to find one fairly soon, huh?

[ Nageki is silent, but he nods.

He's... still kind of embarrassed, sorry, Pipit. ]

Once they're a few floors down though, he does put Nageki back on his own feet - he can only carry a person so long, after all.]
