[o1] ♪ Your generic intro post, really.
Characters: Suicide Boy Minato Arisato and whoever happens upon him!
Setting: Fourth floor, probably somewhere around mid-day.
Format: Action tends to work best?
Summary: It was just standard procedure to check his things, look for his team, and check to make sure his Persona worked. ... That just happened to involve shooting himself in the head.
Warnings: Some mild cursing at best, and I guess it probably looks like he's trying to shoot himself in the head. ENJOY THAT MINDSCREW, DEAL WITH IT AS YOU SEE FIT.
[ ... Minato had, in fact, quietly been here for over a day now. When he had woken up, he had read what had been left to him (incredulous, he refused to buy it, perhaps his team was here) gathered his items from his trunk (particularly his MP3 player and headphones, for they were most important, along with his Evoker and his gun and clothing), and had gotten dressed. White shirt, black slacks, his coat, and so on. The holsters for both guns (or rather, one pistol and one gun-like object) were put in their proper places, and both were tucked out sight once he slid his coat on.
... The collar he found very unnecessary and quite irritating--it reminded him of things he hadn't wished to remember--but nothing worse than that.
He had, at first, merely observed the others stuck here as well. He was a quiet, unnoticeable person most times, which was really how he preferred it. Not only that, but he had managed to get a room to himself. He followed instructions well, because he truly didn't like to make much of a fuss. The first day went by without incident.
The problem was a rather unfortunate side-effect to having a Persona as a power was that when using an Evoker, you looked an awful lot like you were shooting yourself in the head. They were modified, bulletless guns that helped the user focus and summon their Persona. He needed to test things out to make sure it still worked here; there wasn't any way around the fact he had to use his Evoker at some point. Better to do it sooner when he believed he was alone rather than later, right? Silently, he took out his Evoker and brought it up to his temple. It had never frightened him before, and to see if his Persona worked outside the Dark Hour would be useful, after all.
Truthfully, it had never occurred to him the ways in which this could look... problematic. ]

[She lets his hand and the gun go, but she doesn't move from his side]

[ He really... doesn't see the issue even if he had been. But he supposes she was just worried, and he can't fault her for that.
He does feel a bit bad now. Might as well tack on an apology. ]
Sorry.

Please. It's...not. It looks another way.

I needed to check something. I thought I was alone.
[ It wasn't pointless. Really. ]

What are you doing then?

I was trying to summon my Persona.
[ Except someone got the wrong idea. He is aware this may not explain much. ]
It's easier to show than it is to explain.

Well can you show me then?

[ He calmly raises his Evoker again, but makes sure to pull the trigger like a regular gun before putting it up to his temple. ... So she knows it isn't loaded.
Then he raises it slowly to his temple and pulls the trigger. There is the sound of shattering glass, and many blue crystals that appear on the other side of his head, instead of blood. They circle around above him, until Samael (http://i.imgur.com/b5jLG.png) appears briefly, floating behind him for a moment, before disappearing.
He lowers his Evoker quietly. ]
... A mask used to face hardships and protect it's wielder. A manifestation of yourself. That's a Persona.
