✿01: Waking up

Setting: In the first few floors and corridors, mostly by day.
Format: Any way you'd like, I'll match along!
Summary: Elly wakes up to find herself in the tower.
Warnings: Possible fangirling (not even kidding here).

The last thing she vaguely remember was warmth finally seeping in as ice was slowly melting in the previously-frozen St. Hemelin. Then not long after they had exited the building, they ran into Mark who asked their helped in retrieving Maki who was left by her poor self in the SEBEC building. And then...

She woke up and found herself in an unfamiliar room alone.

Elly was never the type to panic in any sort of event- no that would only make situation worse, she calmly checked her surrounding. She would eventually found her sword and riffle in the trunk, along with spare of her uniform and shoes. Strangely enough, the riffle and sword were in puzzle pieces, however regardless, she carefully pieced back together the 1-hand sword with no problem.

Sword equipped, she sets out of her dorm room and explore the area. Although admittedly, she was rather excited despite being rather confuse at the odd events- the suspense was just like a novel!

And a few paces away, Kanji was busying himself with patrolling the corridors, especially with what had been happening recently. Elly was someone new he didn't recognize and...oh okay, weapon in hand apparently. He could only recall when he came out of his own room ready to punch everything.

"Hey you be careful with that," he warned her, his hand carrying the usual chair weapon. Yeah, example to lead by, Kanji. "You just woke up?"

Quite the example, indeed. However, she did not raise her weapon, instead carefully input his question. 'Just woke up'? It was just a sporadic conclusion, but considering what had happened to her before waking up in this strange place, it's not entirely a stretch- more so with this person's question.

"It's quite alright, I'm quite experience with handling weapons." she said instead with a smile. "But, pray tell, is it common for those who are not originally from this area to appear here?"

Oh great. Another one of those girls with weapon experience. Not that Kanji had anything against then - he did hang out with Chie, Yukiko and Naoto after all, but the way this girl said it? Kinda stuck a nerve. He gave a small nod.

"Been happening since I was here. Dunno for how long it's been going, but senpai's been longer here than me and it seems to happen on a pretty steady basis."

"Is it now? That's quite unfortunate." She puts her hand on her chin, to be trapped like rats in a dark cage... not quite a lot of people would enjoy that, poor people...

"No hint or clue to where we exactly are?" this boy struck her as a bit odd though, as she made a quick glance from head to foot, something about him seemed familiar.

You were asking the wrong guy. In fact he was going to tell you so with a shrug.

"I'm not exactly the type of guy that's good for finding clues. Actually N---" he stops, halfway, suddenly thinking about Naoto and how she's still gone and sighs. "All I know is it's a tower no one's been able to get out of."

"That's quite alright." she nodded, when you can't then there are times when you simply can't. "However, this is quite a peculiar tower, how exciting." She was being sincere, yes, her heart was pounding in excitement- curious to what will come.

Okay, curious he could understand. But being exciting stuck in a horror house of a tower?

"You kidding right? Who would wanna be stuck here with no way out?"

"But that's the charm to it! Tell me, is it possible we're in a parallel world as well?" You could have sworn there were stars in her eyes, man, what a weird girl.

"A phenomena to the other, who could have imagine I would have such luck!" Yeah, good luck with bringing her back into her sense, Kanji.
