01 : The Sleeping Prince Awakes

Characters: Lelouch vi Britannia and you!
Setting: Dorm Room 3-08 -> Dorm Floor 1-3 and Floor 3!
Format: Whichever works for you!
Summary: A certain person awoke from his "sleep", and decided to find out just what the hell happened to him.

Lelouch vi Britannia was not a man used to waking up after receiving a lethal wound, as he has found upon waking up. This was perfectly understandable considering said wound, which he received before blacking out, was supposed to be lethal enough to kill him.

Delirious as it is, the man in white decided to stumble out out of his room, and to find out just what kind of place he was stuck in. People might find this man wandering around the Dorm Floor trying to get around the place, should they desire to help him in his confusion.

---

Thankfully, the elevators was simple enough to operate, and the stairs manageable in his exhausted state. With the information gained from the residents, Lelouch decided to approach this library in order to hopefully find more information on his current situation. Even if there were nothing, it was worth a hopeless shot at the very least until he feels better.

Oh. Well, okay, if that's what he wants to do...

"Um-- then I guess you must want answers?" She speaks hesitantly, still feeling nervous and uncertain without her magic. Willow isn't used to being defenseless, and it leaves an uncomfortably helpless feeling in her throat that she can't shake off. Ordinarily she'd be much more outgoing.

"I don't even really know where to start, there's a lot to cover."

"Right, the basics." She takes a breath, then lets it out slowly. Just normal interaction, Willow, you can do this.

When she starts again, she's much more herself, and rattles off the information with the self-assured tone of someone who is used to being the on hand exposition. "Well, we were all kidnapped and brought here. The guys that run the place tell us it's because our worlds were destroyed, but based on my experience both with actual apocalypses and illusionary magics, I'm not buying that one just yet. So the jury's out on whether we can really go home or not.

"The tower itself is super mega dangerous. There's demons that roam around, of all different kinds, and a lot of the floors are booby trapped. You can't even sleep outside of your assigned room for too many nights or you'll go slowly insane. And if you do anything too unruly, these red-collared workers will come and shut you down, where shutting down is a cute euphemism for killing you."

A short pause. "Oh, and everyone here is from different dimensions. Cultural diversity isn't the half of it. --I think that's the basics."

"To say the least," she says sardonically, always ready to joke about the scary and serious. "--Oh, I forgot to introduce myself! Sorry. I'm Willow Rosenberg."

She's American enough to shake his hand on pure reflex, summoning up a smile for him. It's not up to her typical level of exuberance, which means it ends up a rather normal level of cheerful.

"Yeah, these transdimensional death towers, always the best place to make friends," she jokes.
