Summary: You know what this tower needs? Bubbles. Lots and lots of bubbles! Also, welcome your new cheer brigade, current members: one.
Warning: Kafuka-levels of optimism. You've been warned. Also, BUCKETS. BUCKETS OF SOAPY, BUBBLY FUN!

[Gathering the supplies had taken most of the morning. The buckets, the water and the soap had been easy enough to get, but the braces needed to be made and it had taken her a good hour or two to make several dozen frames out of wire bent and looped in different shapes, which then had taken another hour or so to wrap tightly in yarn of various colors. But now all that effort was paying off.

Should you stumble upon floor thirty-first, you will find Kafuka standing in it, several buckets full of soapy water around her, blowing soap bubbles and generally having a good time.

[She presses a finger to her lips and closes her eyes for a moment, beckoning silence. After a moment, the bubble pops with a soft sound. Kafuka giggles again.]

It's all in the pop.

[He raised his gauntleted fist into the air and then!... Nothing...]

Oh gods be damned another one of those damned floors!

[He turns to the skies as if calling to the owners of the tower.]

YOU CANNOT HOLD ME BACK MINIONS! I DO AS I PLEASE WHERE I PLEASE!

[And then he's back to blinking awkwardly at the girl...]

[With nothing much to do, Katsuya had been wandering around the safe parts of the tower most of the time. And then he starts running into some bubbles.

Why are there so many bubbles?]

[She smiles back, unfazed.]

Just... wait for the pop. You'll feel better!

[Well that was an obvious answer. Katsuya just looks at the bubbles. Sorry Kafuka, Katsuya isn't really a person who goes around smiling all the time...]

[He sighs and sits on one of the staircase's steps.]

[He said simply, looking at the girl idly.]

[She shakes her head a little.]

[And then she grabbed a frame that looked like a bunch of grapes: lots of tiny circles curled together. She arched her arm above her head, leaving behind several small bubbles in its wake. She repeated the motion, until there were a couple dozen bubbles floating about. She closed her eyes again and waited for the various pops, as if it were a song.]

[Don't worry, she smiles more than enough for the both of them.]

Because it seemed like a lonely floor. Isn't it better now? Like a plaza full of bubbles!

[Katsuya couldn't think of anything else to say for the moment. Since he doesn't have anything better to do, he folds his arms across his chest to keep watch.]

[Veigar listened, not quite getting the excitement she had over such a trivial thing. What was interesting was the fact that she gained so much joy over something so... stupid would be what he'd normally say, but something so simple...]

[Romeo grinned when he saw the girl blowing bubbles, it looked so fun! Romeo was desperately not trying to think of the nightmare he had had the night before. Or the night before that, or the one before that. They were getting worse and though he knew it was all the bad peoples fault they still made him feel sad.
