I've got darkness and fears to appease.
Characters: Taiwan / Open
Setting: Stair-wells in the dark.
Format: Whichever! I'm good with third or first.
Summary: Taiwan's still rather new and afraid of the sudden darkness so she's blindly feeling around and proceeds to take a tumble down the stairs.
Warnings: None yet. Subject to go up though.
Somehow during the fiasco of everything becoming dark, Taiwan had been able to grab her trunk and dig through it only to hear the soft mewls and whines of a cat. Blindly, she touched the creature only to tell it was one of her wild cats that seemed to of stowed away in her luggage. "Ah- I'm so sorry! I didn't know you were there...It's okay now." She frowned, petting the kitty while keeping him safe in her arms.
Standing, she took a breath and grabbed the door handle and opened; she took a step outside in to the hallways and held her breath. It was dark...so very dark. "Come on. We have to find sister." She said to the small creature in her hand as she slowly walked along the darkened hallway as if it were a tightrope. Step by step was made cautiously until she was able to find another door.
"See, progress." She said to the kitten that mewled again in her sleeves. Opening the door up, Taiwan blindly felt around before taking a step and then another only to realize- uh oh- there's no step there.
Turning quickly, she held the cat tight against her as she tumbled and rolled down the stairs, going end over end before slamming in to the wall at the bottom with loud thud. Groaning, she made sure the animal was safe and when it curled up in her arms protectively she smiled weakly and pushed herself up. "I hate this place..." She murmured, feeling all the more dizzy in the dark.

"Did you meet some of the other Nations, Caistiel?"

He slowly led her away from the stairs, all the while keeping his grip on her arm firm. "I have met with some of them."
no subject
"W-Were are we going? Who else have you met? I need to find my sister, Vietnam!"
no subject
"You are sisters with Vietnam."
no subject
"Yes? Is that a problem? I know she can be a little butch and trust me, she can't drive so if she ever offers, please run."

The angel noticed the little furry creature on Taiwan's head, but made no indication of it. Instead, he nodded and continued walking while holding onto the Nation. He had half the mind to fly them to where Vietnam was, but he mustn't be careless.

She continued to follow after him, her sleeve holding on to his hand since- well- as most of the Asians went, it almost seemed like they didn't have hands to begin with. "What does Castiel do in his world?" Se asked; might as well make a bit of small talk as she glanced up at him.

"I am an angel of the Lord," he replied to her question. "I raised the Righteous Man from perdition."

"I have wings, but my true form will burn your eyes out," he answered. "The idea of having bird-like wings are merely a human notion. And I am not squishy."
no subject
"I kind of wish you were able to make light though. I don't like the dark."
no subject
"No, I am an angel. And this human form is my vessel, a pious man." He didn't push her away though, merely letting her cling onto him.
"That, I am not capable of doing."

"Have you been here with sister long? I was scared when I heard she was here before I was."
no subject
"I have not been with her for long."
no subject
"When they said something about the world being destroyed- I was scared because I thought I'd never see any of the Nations again but then it was odd because- if the world was really destroyed- then we as Nations wouldn't even be alive to be here." She frowned. "This world is odd..."

Because if she did, it would be easier for him to just fly them there and leave Taiwan with Vietnam.

"This is no time to cry, Taiwan," he groused, glancing around and trying to find his bearings. The shadows were somewhat of a hindrance to his abilities, but he managed to find out where they are.
"We are between the fourth floor and the third."
Like that was going to be any help.
