Summary: Psii is apologizing for being a buttbabby to the Handmaid, hilarity ensues.

[So, after realizing that he was kind of an asshole to the Handmaid, Psii eventually got around to trying to properly contact the Handmaid. His problem, however, was trying to find where she hid away for the most part. Eventually, he was able to track her down to her dorm by asking around if people knew. No, he didn't go door to door knocking. That'd be rude. And no, he's not wearing shoes. (What are shoes?) But he's going to knock on her door!!! Politely!!!

I'm... not well known for being a psionic in my world. I go by another more, popular name given to me by the Highbloods.

[He pauses, trying to consider if it's worth telling her the full story.]

It's kind of a long story.

[She's not going to push him, but she is listening, and she doesn't even look as annoyed anymore.]

There was a troll who preached about kindness and friendship... at the time it was kind of a lost cause though. Many lowbloods were being culled because of him so I gave the highbloods information on where his meetings usually take place...

[He trails off again, waiting for her to be disgusted with him... something... anything. They all turned their back on him eventually. The lone psiioniic, a traitor.]

Others had done it as well but, for whatever reason, the HighBloods acting upon my information.

[She doesn't act disgusted. In fact, she doesn't even seem terribly surprised. There are a million and one doomed timelines, so it isn't strange that in his he was the one who led to the failure of Signless' rebellion rather than her. It's pretty obvious he's gotten her attention, though.]

...What did they do to you?

They pinpointed his fall from grace on me. Called me the Betrayer. Claimed that I was a close friend of the nameless troll... but I wasn't. I didn't even know his name.

Not a lot of lowbloods liked me for this news, obviously. So I become an outcast amongst outcasts I guess you could say.

[She stays silent for a long moment. She's really not sure what to say to that.]

Nothing would have changed anyway.

His fate, you mean?

[He's watching her, thinking that perhaps she won't judge him for his name. It's not like he actually knew the guy... and she's hinting that there would have been another result to his death anyways even if he had kept his mouth shut.]

[She nods curtly. Honestly, she has no idea if she's trying to comfort him, or... What. So awkward.]
