( OPEN ) VIENAS
Characters: Lithuania and whoever else wants to be here!
Setting: Room 1-18 and onward into adventure...
Format: Entry in prose, you can do whatever.
Summary: Lithuania just got here and trying to figure out wtf is happening in this mad house. This certainly isn't good for his health. Don't be too surprised if he bumps into you or something.
Warnings: Not any as of yet!
[ The dim lighting was something he was faintly used to, recalling the days before electric lights and candled rooms. The weighed down feeling in his arms and legs was new. That and sitting up and not knowing where he was, whose bed he was lying in (it certainly wasn't his own), and the tightened collar around his neck were all new. His breathing quickened, getting the better of him. No matter how he looked at it, this situation wasn't good. There was a letter sitting on the nightstand next to him, he carefully grabbed it, opening it with fragile fingers, reading it's contents. "Your world has been destroyed. I saved you. Let's all be happy here.". Easy for it to say. He didn't trust it anyway.
It took a lot for him to just get up and carefully walk to the door, opening it and creeping out in to the hallway, one hand in front of him, another on the wall next to him. What was outside was pitch black; he was barely able to see an inch in front of his face. There was a vague murmur emitting from somewhere, like a whisper on the other end of a telephone. It took all the courage he could muster to voice weakly into the darkness as he slowly moved along and down the hallway, hands shaking visibly if anyone could have seen him. ]
H-Hello? Is anyone out there...? Hello...?

H-Hello? Is anyone out there...? Hello...?

it isn't originally my AU but I like to call it the Russia Is Cockblocked AU
Oh, um, I've been with my Poland since the Commonwealth--it's been about four hundred years.

Oh, no, here the Commonwealth only lasted about 200 years. And even then, that was quite some time ago.

[There's a moment of obvious unhappiness before he puts on a smile.]
If he is yours, he'll be glad to see you. He thought I was you, it was--strange.
no subject
[ He scans his other self up and down. ]
Well, I honestly don't think that I can blame him.
no subject
[Actually at first glance he did have a bit of confusion, but...]

[ Poland as anything but...well, Poland, is kind of unfathomable to him. ]

[He casts a somewhat worried look around him--he doesn't like having his back to such a dark hallway.]
no subject
[ He can vaguely see the gesture, causing him to do an obvious look around him. This shady hallway is growing more and more unpleasant. ]
Should we, uhm, move? Go somewhere else?

This is where everyone wakes up, and where everyone sleeps. Four people to a room, when it's full.
no subject
[ He nods at the rooms, not unlike the one he had come from. He vaguely wonders just how many people lived here. ]
no subject
Of course, this is the top of the tower. The cafeteria is the first floor--or as low as we can go--and there's no elevator.
[He will lead the way to the staircase, though.]
no subject
Well, that's good at least. Though I have to say that isn't really beneficial in this situation.

Sometimes the Tower changes. Floors are added overnight.
no subject
[ He'd argue that that doesn't seem possible even with a good work crew, but he'd just be arguing with himself and that already made the whole thing moot. ] That sounds weird, and a little unnerving...

[He casts his flashlight over the floor they're passing, revealing a large maze.]
Stay on the staircase, or you'll have to go through the whole thing.
[A pause, as he considers.]
Actually, just stay on the staircase the whole way down.
no subject
[ He stares down at the maze covering the floor ] Does that actually serve some kind of purpose!?
no subject
[His light crosses one of the white, phantomlike things in the maze.]
I don't know what those are.
