Summary: The rest of the month! For the second week, Izanami will just be hanging around. But once week three hits, well... Izanami's begun to lose control of her powers, which means she's trying to hide away with less than stellar results. This is a catch-all post for the rest of the month.
Warnings: Once week three hits, Izanami will begin to lose control of her powers. While this means she will be shifting back and forth between her forms, it also means that she will be using her attacks which includes Thousand Curses. This means there is a chance your character could die. Please, let me know in the header if you are okay with this.

[Life within the Tower could easily be harder, she supposes. But there is always fear. And eventually, that fear is always going to be justified.]

[With the power out, tensions are growing among the Tower's residents. There's enough anguish to sustain the Crawling Chaos, but he's often a greedy god. He needs more ways to "farm" human negativity. With that thought in mind, he looks through the directory to see who else was called into the Tower beyond some old friends. ... "Izanami". Yet another familiar, but unexpected name. Maybe it's time to pay a neighbor a visit.

Nyarlathotep, after having found her room, begins knocking.]

[He'll probably be surprised when the person who answers the door is pretty familiar. They have, after all, already spoken in the Tower--even if he didn't realize it.]

Good day. May I help you?

It is a good day. Izanami-no-Mikoto.

[He simply states her name. Nyarlathotep indeed recognizes how similar this goddess and the man he saw in the library appear. For now, that information will be kept inside his pocket.]

You've taken on a slightly different from compared to the time I last saw you.

[There's simply a cordial smile. Oh, she recognizes him from their earlier meeting, of course.]

I have many forms. This is simply the one closest to how I appeared many eras ago, when Nippon was still quite young. Though obviously it is quite... Outdated, so to speak.

[For just a brief moment, rotting flesh will creep up to just above the neckline of her burial kimono. But it's only a moment.]

Is there something you wished to speak about?

[A goddess that has long since passed away... or rather, perhaps it was through death that she realized her true purpose as humans have craved. Izanami's wrath was something they've brought on themselves since times of old.]

I simply wanted to introduce myself to you. We're from the same world, I believe, and now it's made clear.

My name is Nyarlathotep, man's Shadow.

[Died and became a goddess of death. Though she has become much less wrathful. A few thousand years does that to someone. Still, she remains polite as ever.]

A pleasure, then, Nyarlathotep. I hope your stay here hasn't been too unpleasant.

It's about what you'd expect from an "end of the world". There's more than enough denial to go around.

I cannot assure you that I have the answers you seek, but I will do my best to provide them.

[Possibly. She may not provide any answers at all.]

[These are simple questions that Nyarlathotep believes most could easily answer. However, these simple questions have answers that would allow him to form an illustration of what the world was like beyond the game featuring the Paradox Boy. Of course, that's depending on if there even is a world beyond.]

What year was it when the world was supposedly destroyed?

2012, last I recall. But that may not mean anything.

[It was 2012 for her. It may have been years before for him, or even years after.]

[Naoya is in the infirmary, rooting around to find something - anything - that's left that looks like it'll work. Some of these bottles seem unfamiliar - he leaves those be. No need to poison himself over a headache. Finally, he finds something that looks suitably strong, and he pops it open, taking a few of the pills out and swallowing them dry.]

[He leaves the room and just leans on the wall of the staircase, closing his eyes for a few moments, focusing on nothing but trying to ease his headache.]

[She only occasionally visits the infirmary. There's no need to, for her. But today, she is lingering in the hallways, perhaps hoping that one of her chosen has come here from wherever they were taken. Instead, here is another just as she comes down the staircase.]

Are you all right?

[He opens his eyes and looks back at her.]

It's just a headache. It'll pass, eventually - faster if this damn stuff would work. If not I might have to see if I can find something stronger.
