Characters: Nagi, and YOUR MOM!
Setting: Floor Six, the forest, by the staircase going to Floor Seven.
Format: Matching you, bby. ;]
Summary: Nagi is way, way too conditioned to handling chaos. Pixie is not happy.
Warnings: CALMNESS? Also a small fire in a forest, aaaahhhhh.
A deep intake of breath, and the black-haired girl kneeled down on the forest floor, hands placed on her thighs. For several moments she simply remained very still, and besides her breathing, all seemed still and calm. It was quickly apparent that she could not sense the demon realm at all, despite her training. Still, she remained there, trying to filter past the chaos to find something familiar. Despite the urgency, she didn't feel scared or nervous, even with having read the letter in her room. Panic would get her nowhere.
A little ways away, High Pixie was relazing on a treebranch, observing her summoner. The fairy had lit several bundles of sticks alight by her summoner, and was basically keeping watch to make sure they didn't burn out, or...well, burn Nagi or the forest down. Though, 'keeping watch' apparently meant griping about everything under the sun- er, ceiling -that she could think of. The small fairy's voice was quiet enough to not disturb her summoner, but loud enough to make her feel better.

Guided by a sense of direction born of long hours wandering labyrinthine dungeons and a handful of little glowing crystals that are surprisingly good lighting, Cornet stumbles upon a very still lady and a teeny tiny fire.]
"..You okay over there?"
no subject
"...hm? Oh, yes! I am having no problems." She didn't bother to get up, but shifted so she was in a more comfortable position. "In theory, you are a fellow denizen of this place, correct?"
no subject
This time, though, nothing seemed to have went wrong. She grins at Nagi's question. "Nothing theory about it, that's a fact! My name's Cornet Espoir."

It took a moment, but the little kimono-clad fairy came over, arms crossed and sulking. She didn't look eager to speak up.
no subject
"Oh! Uh - it's nice to meet you both. Nagi and Pixie. I'll remember that."
The friendliness of her tone has become faltering.
no subject
Nagi laughed as the pixie went to sat down on her shoulder, heedless of the girl's faltering friendliness.

Finding a forest was nice enough -- perhaps she should practice her magic here -- but Aqua didn't also expect to find a woman. Or, well, she didn't expect to almost stumble over a woman near the bottom of the staircase.
"--um," Aqua fumbled upon noticing her presence. "...hello?" she ventured.

The fairy was all up in Aqua's face in an instant, hands on her hips with one hell of a frowny pout.

Aqua briefly thought of Tinkerbell. Did all pixies have such fiery attitudes?
no subject
"Pixie, do not be so jumpy."
"I apologize for her incorrect theory. You have done no wrong." Nagi got up, smiling. "Pixie is simply...jumpy, given the current process of our lives here."
no subject
"My name is Aqua," the Keyblade Master continued. "I apologize if I disturbed you. It looked like you were concentrating." On what, Aqua wasn't sure, but she couldn't say that she blamed the young woman. Who knew what kind of creatures were lurking in those trees?

tl;dr finished, Nagi bowed. "I am Geirin Kuzunoha the XVIII- but you may call me Nagi. Are you likewise new to this place?"
