[After finding out the tower's been restocked, Genda's well past raided the fridge by now - he's cooked everything he knows how, prepared tons of homestyle meals, and now?
He's got it all spread out on a table and he is stuffing his face.
Genda's also made sure to avoid anything he deems inedible, too. Which means no poisonous foods, and definitely no vegetables, yuck.

You're free to the food too, of course! As it is, he's probably going to offer anyway.
... Not that he wouldn't be able to eat it all himself.]

Genda gives him a smile, and motions for Aphrodi to come join him!!
There's plenty of food, after all!]

[ He comes to sit down, but Aphrodi doesn't touch any food.

You can have some, if you'd like. I've made plenty.

You made all this yourself? That's pretty impressive. [ That, and he can't cook himself. ]

[Kidou made himself into the cafeteria later that day now that he couldn't stand the feeling of hunger any longer and upon seeing Genda, he stops and stares.]


...you aren't really planning to eat all of that by yourself, are you?

Well - I've always been a fan of food! My grandma taught me how to cook, ever since I was young.

[He just waves that off, though, like it's nothing big!]

Eeh, I wish my grandma did that. [ starry eyes at the food. ]

Up 'til the age of seven, I thought food just appeared.

He's partway through devouring something, so he'll just nod!

Kidou, this is Genda we're talking about. Though, after swallowing -]

... I could teach you, if you'd like.
Cooking really isn't all that hard.

[He's trying not to laugh at that, though - you were a cute kid by the sounds of it, Aphrodi..!]

[ But why would he torture himself like that? The only reason why he's in the Cafeteria in the first place is because he had no idea there was one. ]

Hmm, if you can. [ Okay, so he's a little curious as to how it's done. ] I'm really bad at cooking. [ Burning fruit salad? Check. ]

It's mostly meat...... [He doesn't have a problem with meat, no, but he does have a problem with an unbalanced meal. Where are the veggies or fruit or carbohydrates???]

Ah, no one's "bad" at cooking. They just haven't had practice.
It's not like singing or art, where you need to have a natural talent for it!

[Which means yes, he can so teach you, Aphrodi!! Whenever he's done eating, anyway.]

I think it's safer to trust me on this one.

[ Natural talent for cooking exists, he's a prime example of someone in desperate need of it.

Aphrodi will... look at the ceiling or something because the food is making him both hungry and ill. ]

Ah, I'll be fine. I made sure to cook it only in the healthiest of ways, after all!

I'm sure you did, but it's not really much of a difference if you don't eat something healthy alongside it like some kind of vegetable.

I hate vegetables, and there's no one here to make me eat them, so I don't see why I should.

[Oh yeah he forgot about Genda's irrational hate of nice healthy veggies] What about fruit, then?

Fruit tastes odd with meat. I would rather have it as a dessert or something.

[It's too sweet for a meal!! At least, to Genda.]

Mm, I see. [You are a lost cause.] You really should be eating healthier but I won't bother you about it anymore.
