[ She's been hiding a lot, actually. The ghosts are scary and Jade finds it easier to sleep. Her body works on about twenty hours now, so capable is she of hiding out from the world. It's the ease of practice.

But today she's looking for food, and isn't actually paying attention to where she's going. So she simply...runs into the boy in front of her and falls backwards. ]

[ She waves her arms around in the general area of where his horns would be on her head. ]

[ She actually stands up now, a little shaky on her feet. She still hasn't found anything to eat, though it's not the first time she's gone without food for a few days on end. ]
