Characters: THOSE SILLY KEYDERPS aka Kingdom Hearts Cast Meeting + Special Guests (please ask for permission for non-castmates to drop in!)
Setting: Meadow, all day...yesterday ~~because Rox is bad at timing~~.
Format: Up to you guys!
Summary: Sora calls everyone from his world to gather for a meeting. ~~He may or may not have forgotten to leave trolls and villains out of that invite.~~ Also cake.
Warnings: None for the moment!
Notes: First thread will be for Sora tracking down characters who missed the memo or are too stubborn to come on their own. After that, feel free to start your own mingling threads! Talk to castmates you don't usually interact with! FILL THIS HORRORTOWER WITH FRIENDSHIP and stuff.

[The meadow didn't look particularly made-up for this meeting - it had only been a day, and Sora wasn't exactly an expert at organizing gatherings. But there was some food, thanks to help from Yu; a few cakes, with some plates and forks, laid out on a sheet that's currently doubling as a picnic blanket.

It wasn't much of a party, but...hopefully, it would be enough to keep everyone in one place for awhile. It was about time they tried something like this, anyway.

Once there were enough people gathered, Sora was planning on leaving to track people down. After all, there was a good chance that not everyone had seen the message! In the meantime, everyone could talk and...do whatever they wanted, yup! This would work out fine.

[Ventus wouldn't have seen the network post, given that he rarely used it, for obvious reasons.

So, Sora would likely have to come find him. Not that hard when this Ventus is in the media room, listening to music.]

[Good thing Sora was headed to the media room, then! He figured it was a good bet to check for people there, so it was one of the first floors he looked on.

And he made a good choice, he realizes, once he spots Ven!

...who is not the same Ventus he knows, but he doesn't realize that. Not yet, anyway.]

Hey, Ven! [He waits to talk until he's close, hoping to get his attention. What's with the blindfold, anyway? Did he borrow that from Riku?] You coming to the meeting?

It's Ventus. [Is that a hint of bitterness? Just a touch. Stop calling him Ven. That's not his name.

But it's gone as he frowns before cocking his head to the side. Meeting. What meeting? Was this one of... his... friends mistaking him for his Other Self? More than likely.] You have the wrong person.

[Well... considering the so very, very open invitation to this meeting, someone should probably see about making sure the only right kind of people end up at it. Meaning that Riku has sort of appointed himself to chief of security and spends most of his time leaning against the wall close to the stair case, arms crossed over his chest, and while he isn't looking quite as tense as he feels, he still is pushing his sense to their farthest.

He won't be caught by surprise. Not here.

The contrast to the previous party is striking; black leather instead of jeans and really... it is probably pretty clear that he doesn't plan to involve himself all too much. This time, Riku is really all business.]

[Since he'd been in the cafeteria and doing plenty of tasks around the tower for other ingredients already for the other party, he hadn't minded setting a few aside so he could prepare for this smaller meeting. But because it was all on such short notice, he was still carrying a few things to the meadow floor when the party started.

So don't mind him, going to place the last cake on the table he set up earlier for all of the food stuffs...]

[Well, Naminé couldn't very well ignore that invitation... at least, she can't now that her powers aren't malfunctioning and attending won't put her within arm's reach of the people most susceptible to her unique abilities. Anyway, she'll be lingering around and trying to enjoy herself, as well as keeping an eye on the others from her world.]

[Well, Sora is never going to leave Naminé alone entirely. Because she's a friend, right? So he'll seek her out and smile.]

Hey. How're you?

[She's briefly but pleasantly surprised to catch sight of him headed her direction, and offer a smile in return as he approaches.]

Hello, Sora...! It's been a while. I'm... doing well. [In relation to the previous month, that is.] What about you?

[Sora's here. He's not about to miss is. Too many people to observe, and his few friends will probably be there, so... He'll sit off to the side, watching everyone. Because he has a lot to think on right now.]

I'm great!

[Well, isn't he just perked up like a puppy? He's very happy to see you, Naminé!]

...! [O-oh. That's definitely surprising, too, but she smiles a little wider, even if she's not sure what the cause of his attitude is.] I'm very glad...! [She pauses for a moment, just regarding him, then, head tilting slightly with that smile still in place,] You seem to be in a good mood.

[He missed you, Naminé. >: ]

Yeah. I missed you. We haven't seen each other in awhile.

[--!!!]

[She straightens, looking startled for a moment before smiling again, a touch oddly but with sincerity.]

-- I missed you, too...!

[He also may or may not have a crush, not that he even realizes what it is.]

Nothing bad's happened to you, right?

[C-cutie. Probably for the best he doesn't realize, because she certainly doesn't, and it would likely be a rather awkward situation if she did.]

[That question makes her falter. She'd LIKE to say that she hasn't had any trouble, for his sake, but... it wouldn't be true.]

... Things have... gotten better, recently. [Very recently.]

...Gotten better?

[Does he have to kill something?]

[She hesitates, her eyes lowering.]

... Last month wasn't-- the nicest.

[... Neither was the part where her powers malfunctioned the FIRST time, or the time she died, or the time Vanitas caused trouble--]

...Anything you want to talk about?

[He'll even plop down and encourage her to do so.]

[She looks down at him for a long moment, clearly hesitating, then slowly sits. Sitting doesn't mean she's obligated to explain herself, right--]

Well....

I guess... you could say I've been having the same problems as everyone else. [Only worse, because of the function and strength of her abilities.]

[Well, Riku wasn't about to miss something like this. Especially when Sora went out of his way to set things up. Unlike his double, though, he's got no intention of being a wall flower and has instead opted to wander around, see who's showing up, and maybe grab a bite to eat. After some of the hectic events in the tower recently, he'd like a casual party, really.]

[Reno was running a bit late, but still, his fighting lessons were every day on the meadow and he wasn't that irresponsible to not show up. There he was, walking out on to the meadow and observing that there seemed to be... some sort of party thing.]

What's going on?

[He's asking no one in particular, not really expecting an answer. Oh, damn. That's going to be distracting. His students are going to be focusing on the food and the mingling. For the moment, he tries to think of another floor that would do in a pinch before the class arrives.

Maybe even cancelling. That wouldn't be too fair to the people he'd made trades with though... Maybe the Forest Island. Get some rough terrain stuff in.]

[There was no missing this particular meeting, she knew. Though... a part of her was still nervous. Meeting other people from their worlds... was there maybe someone she hadn't known about?

But overall... she's... much more comfortable with this than she might've been, even a couple months ago. Certainly much more so than she was the last time many of them had gathered in one place, that bonfire she'd suggested a long time ago, in February when it had been ridiculously cold. That time, she'd spent most of the event hiding underneath her hood, or ready to pull it up at a moment's notice.

Now.... she's still ready to pull it up - part of why she's wearing her coat today - but... she's much more at ease.

Xion isn't exactly a wallflower, though she's not a socialite either. She can be found wandering about the group, rarely approaching anyone though still smiling nervously, nodding and waving to everyone she recognizes, which here is... just about everyone.]

[Well, it's not like this was totally unannounced (even though it was rather short notice). Besides, it's a free tower and you know, first come...

While they have never spoken or even properly met, Riku certainly recognizes this newcomer... he had caught a glimpse of him when he had stumbled over that ill-fated attempt to take over the tower. He keeps his expression in a light, but mostly neutral frown as he walks up behind him. Better to move quick and get this over with before Xion catches on. He has been considering to have this little chat for a while already after all.]

Exactly what it looks like. This is a closed event.

[Meaning, outsiders are... well, not unwelcome (certainly not with people who invite everyone), but under heavy scrutiny, curtsey of tall, silver-haired and blindfolded here.]

[The boy looked vaguely familiar, obviously had seen him around before.

Reno's eyebrows shot up.]

Oh?

[He's folding his arms now, not intimidated in the least.]
