Format: Starting in action, but I'll follow you!
Summary: Jade is very bad at staying in one place, and so she gets lost. Everywhere. Not all at once, but close enough.
Warnings: None.


[ This is the best floor she's found so far.

Jade is hesitantly inching towards one of the couches, wondering if it's going to run away from her -- the entire tower had to be a mirage, and even though her stomach was growling pretty fiercely she was determined to sit down on one of these mysterious lounge chairs. She'd already found a room full of flowers on the ceiling, and had even attempted to eat some of the leaves in one of the forests, though they kind of tasted disgusting and she threw up afterward.

But couches. Couches were ten times better.

She sits down carefully, only placing a little of her weight on the cushions. Jade's not that big to begin with -- her clothes hang off of an extremely fragile figure, not that she seems to mind. In fact, after she's certain that the couch isn't going anywhere any time soon, she places her torn feet on top of the seat and closes her eyes, fully prepared to take a nap. ]

[ Spain was pretty much wary of everything now after the blackout and the strange voices. Even then, she found herself automatically going to the fourth floor, where she can take time to rest.

The sight of a sleeping child piqued her curiosity and maternal instinct, and she quietly goes over, sitting down beside her carefully so as not to rouse her. ]

[ Jade's a pretty sound sleeper, curling up into a small ball. It takes a few minutes, but then -- ]

Oh!

[ And she sits upright. Someone is next to her! ]

Sorry, I didn't mean to bother you-- [ She coughs from all the excitement, and her voice returns as a whisper. ] I can leave, if you want.

[ Spain blinks, then laughs softly. A strange child, this one. ]

Ah, no, don't worry about me, chica. Get some sleep if you're sleepy. I won't be a bother.

No, it's okay. I get a whole lot of hours usually. I slept almost all of last week.

[ Her stomach grumbles. Oh. ]

[Very heavy footfalls fill the room as a very large, green man thumps past that couch, and looks out the window at the weather.]

[He grumbles a bit.] A welcome change from the wasteland! ...but still very dreary.

[He hasn't noticed Jade.]

[ The footfall wakes her up, and she freezes, staring at the man. Is he going to hurt her? No, she doesn't think so. She'll just...keep watching him carefully for now. After a moment, she speaks up. ]

At least there are people.

Ehhn? [Fawkes turns around.] Oh! Hello. I was not aware there was someone here. My apologies if I was interrupting anything.

Having people is a good thing. Having more civil people than I am used to is an even better thing.

[Tavros had been moving around, trying to find his way around and away from people Vriska, even if it weren't for a long time. And then he comes across Jade. She looks like she's asleep, so he won't wake her up, but he will watch her. Look her over, make sure she's okay-- that kind of thing.]

[ She is asleep actually, but Jade pokes an eye after a moment, smiling at her dream. It was a flying dream again. Everyone was happy. ]

Good morning...

[ A yawn, and Jade stretches, totally finding it okay that Tavros is just standing there like a creeper and watching her sleep. ]

[HE DOESN'T MEAN TO COME OFF AS CREEPY, HE IS JUST... really awkward... it's a good thing Jade doesn't mind!]

Uhh, good morning, I think.

[ She definitely doesn't mind! :D yay friends. ]

[ She sits up. Another yawn, and she shivers. ]

...Are you alright? [He knows nothing of the sleeping habits of humans ok.]

[ She's sleeping. Mmmmm, sleep. But at his words she's awake, jumping off the couch with all the alacrity she can muster. ]

[ She notices who it is and relaxes, sitting back down with a soft sigh. ]

[Jade isn't the only one who thought of sleeping here. John is curled up on another couch, snoring softly.]

[ The sound of snoring wakes her up and she stretches, looking around for the source of the noise. Oh--

she giggles slightly, and then walks over to him, sitting down at the edge of the couch and watching him carefully. ]

Good morning...

[ Poke poke! ]

[He yelps and jumps upright, blinking furiously for a moment before calming down and settling into his usual smile.]

[Molly peers at her from across the room, why would she nap in here and not in the rooms they were assigned to?]

[But then again Molly was a master of falling asleep where she stands so maybe that happened to the other girl as well!]

[She tip-toes over to Jade and pokes at her a bit]

[whispering] Hey, are you sleeping.

[ It did, actually. Jade was good at falling asleep. But she opens an eye, looking at the other girl. ]

[ ... Oh. This girl looks very malnourished. :c Being one to fall asleep himself, Minato doesn't want to disturb her, but... well.

Perhaps a few quiet words would work? He can't just... let it go. This is a child--never mind he's only seventeen himself. ]

[ Jade leaves aren't very good go get food from the Cafeteria ;w; ]

[ She is, though she doesn't even realize it herself. Stirring, she looks up at him. ]

What do you mean...?

[ She didn't know there was a cafeteria okok ;u; ]

[ ... So she can't tell, huh? Well, he can't just... leave it be. He's not the type to interject himself into other's business, but... this girl could use the help. He does not pause at all, immediately realizing he should rephrase this a bit better. ]

You fell asleep here, that's all. It's... dangerous to sleep outside the assigned rooms.

[ He's one to talk, really, he falls asleep all over the place, but that isn't here or there. ]

I was on my way to the cafeteria, and I could use some company... would you like to come with me?
