Summary: So Minato went on a miniature killing spree... Yu's waiting for him to wake up.
Warnings: trigger warnings for death, are they even necessary for the Tower?

After the events with the other Arisato, it really shouldn't have surprised him that something or someone would try to do something similar to his close friend and roommate. So when he awoke (and quite possibly be able to move again), Yu waited patiently for the other to awaken. This time there was no leaving early like usual; he simply sat there, reading while Minato slumbered and the others went about their routines.

It wouldn't be too much longer, right?

When Minato woke up, he's confused. As far as he remember, he remembered getting ready to leave the room. But his memories from that point on was gone. One moment, he's getting ready, the next he's in his bed. Minato was lying in his bed, temporarily under the sleep paralysis's hold.

In his surprise, a sound escaped from his mouth. "Ah..."

That sound was enough to grab Yu's attention as he finally looked up to see his friend's eyes open again. So he had been killed off... He was afraid of that, since he hadn't been around to stop it this time.

He lowered the book, marking his place before he spoke. "...Welcome back."

Really, what else was there to say as they waited for him to be able to move?

"Yu...?" Minato blinked, still feeling confused over a lot of things. What happened and why can't he remember? Why was he in bed? He can think of a few reasons.

He turned his head, looking at his friend. He's waiting for the sleep paralysis to wear off.

"...Did I die?" He died before, he knew what dying in this place was like.

Yu nodded, to both inquiries as he sat there in silence for a brief spell. It was almost like he decided to observe at first before making a decision. Minato seemed... normal again, at least.

"...Guess so." Meaning he wasn't around for whatever reason when it happened. "Do you remember anything?"

The Geass's hold over Minato was gone. Death removed the absolute order away from his mind, even though he's not aware of it.

"...No." Which was what confused and worried him right now. "I don't remember what happened."

Did someone, or something, killed him instantly?

At least it was something especially since date change, whoo. Yu sighed, placing the book down beside him. He wouldn't be returning to reading any time soon. After all, his friend was far more important.

"...I'm sorry I wasn't there to help." He really was, whether he was present at some time or not that day. It didn't matter because the result was the same, even if they only came back at the end of it. It had been his role to prevent deaths, after all. "It sounds like yesterday was a pain for several of us, after all."

A pain? What happened yesterday?

"Yu, please tell me. What happened yesterday?" Minato wanted to know, and he don't want his amnesia to hide him from the truth. He don't want to hide, or run away from it.

How does he even begin?

"...I don't know the full details, but-" Alright, now he was really glad he maxed out his expression and understanding he knew how to word this. ...Most of it. "-you weren't exactly in your right mind and were acting strangely. Something about 'disposing harmful people'?"

He's worried. It's obvious in his usually vague monotone that he's concerned for his friend and how he'd take it, considering what happened the last time something like this happened to any of the other Persona users.

"Disposing..."

No matter how he look at that phrase, Minato can easily assumed of what it mean. Disposing means getting rid of people, and to get rid of them...

"Does that mean...I..." His normally composed self almost hesitated on finishing his sentence.

This was the part he'd been dreading to say, but Yu could only nod in response.

"I'm sorry." This was the second friend he couldn't save from this, and while he doesn't let the guilt show, it is there. He should have been able to do at least something. If he'd stayed in their dorm just a little longer...

No. No one could afford to think that way. Especially not them after all that's happened recently, especially yesterday. Whatever was going on, it was targeting Persona users... maybe even those with other skills that seem out of the ordinary.

'Not again...'

"It's not your fault." It couldn't be Yu's fault. His friend had no hand behind his actions, Minato believed that. He has no proof but his faith in Yu.

"We just have to be more careful." About who they talk to, or meet.
