Summary: Momotaros wakes up after Mousetrap to find out someone from home is here. They'll be communicating via a mental link at first - feel free to react to either one, since they're gonna look like they're talking to themselves until they go find each other.

Waking up was something Momotaros didn't quite want to do - even after the sleep paralysis wore off, he just laid there, lacking motivation to get out of bed. His mind wandered, but... Something felt different.

Different. Familiar, but different. That old connection was up again? Or was the tower playing tricks on him...

"Ryotaro?" His voice is a bit unsure, knowing the kind of crap this place pulls. And...well, not directed at anyone else in his room. Momo, are you talking to yourself?

He was just minding his own business, really. Walking around the dorm floors, tripping over air, and well, almost tripping yet another trap that'd send him somewhere up in the air. But then a very familiar voice spoke up.

"Momotaros?"

...It was said immediately in reply to that very familiar voice in his head.

Oh right, and he's pretty much talking to thin air, too.

Damn it, kid, you never do change. Except for those times that you did, but that was weird, let's not remember that.

When he actually gets an answer, he tries to jump up out of the bed, and seeing that he's still not used to it, he slips and falls in the floor. He recovers quickly, though.

"Ryotaro?! What the hell're you doin' here?!"

"Um, well, I woke up one day and I'm suddenly in this tower?"

That's a typical Ryotaro answer, really, as he looked around the corridor, as if ascertaining if he's really going mad from being in this tower, or that Momotaros is here as well, stuck within. In any case, he's going to start moving after a while. The dormitory floors, if Momotaros' here, then that place would be one of the most probable meeting spot, right?

"Damnit...!"

Frustration or relief - Momo's not sure what to feel, here. On one hand, this place is horrible. He hasn't been through the worst of it, but he's heard the stories from others. And having Ryotaro here, with his luck... He doesn't know if he could handle that happening.

On the other hand, Ryotaro's no slouch when it comes to fixing bad situations. Maybe... Maybe with him around, things can turn around in this place.

He does know one thing for certain - at least it won't be as lonely here anymore.

"Where the heck are you?"

"I'm heading towards the dormitory floor, which room are you staying in?"

It feels so awkward asking this question, because he knows that Momotaros' not really the type to stay put in one room, especially in a place as big as this. Hell, even he had problem with controlling him one place back when it's just the two of them and the Den-Liner and the others...

...That thought was a bit depressing, actually. He doesn't know whether the others are alright or just- No, he has to be positive, after all, it can't just end like that, right? Everything they fought for, everything they did together, the bonds they had formed.

It... can't just end like that.

"...two-eighteen," comes the answer after a notable delay.

Welcome to the boat Momo was in some time ago, Ryotaro - it's not a nice one.

Normally he'd go barge out and hunt Ryotaro down - but he's not really sure what to say to Ryotaro when he gets here. How does he explain the lack of the other Taros?

"I'll be there, wait for me."

With that word said, he's going to cut their mental conversation short, before actually rushing to the general direction of the room.

Momo's quiet again, but pipes up again after a moment. "Fine, fine - just don't keep me waitin'."

"I won't."

...A few trips (literally and figuratively) up the stairs later, Ryotaro's now standing outside of the room Momotaros is currently staying in.

Of course, it had been a while for Momotaros, but it's only been a few days for him, wasn't it? Nevertheless, he's going to knock, and hope for the best.

Before Ryotaro can finish knocking, though, Momotaros yanks the door open, and stares for several seconds, looking Ryotaro over before charging forward, and jumping in him for a few seconds, then jumping out again.

"...so you're the real deal. How long've you been here?"
