Bitty meeting 2 (all kids welcome!)

Characters: Romeo, any under 14 year olds and any adults who want to troll them
Setting: where you are; optionally include a time
Format: room 5-13, afternoon
Summary: Meeting two of the bitty brigade.
Warnings: perhaps mentions of June, and sleepers and stuff but maybe not because they might just avoid talking about it.

Romeo had made a post on the network and also told any kids that he had passed about the meeting today, they were meeting in room 5-13 which was empty and Romeo hoped that more people would come this time. That all the awful things that had happened would have finally made everyone realise that they needed to work together.

He set the room up in a similar way than last time, the beds in a circle with the trunks as tables. He had the list he had written and the notes from last meeting.

There was also a birthday cake leaning to one side. Romeo had gone a bit... overboard with all the decorating but it looked tasty if a bit messy. He had promised Ken after all.

There were also bowls of half melted ice cream and a pile of apples. Romeo waited for people to come.

Romeo gave another grin and jumped up from the bed to fling his arms around Elian. "Thank you! I don't really got anything I can give you! But if you ever need any help I will help you okay! And I can make cakes!" He raised his fist to his heart, a solemn promise.

Again with the affection! Elian was stiff as a board the moment those arms went around him. He's now getting the impression that boys hugging other boys is a normal routine around here. The salute did look familiar and a small smile tugged at his lips with a nod as he returned it.

"Cakes..." Elian thought about this for a moment when an idea popped into his head, "oh, I have a favor to ask you. Can you make one for a friend? She's really nice. Do you think you could make her one for a gift? Her name is Amalia."

Since chocolates were hard to come by here, maybe the cake will help her feel more welcome.

Romeo nodded with a grin, "Of course I will! Do you know what kind of cake she likes best?" He had never met Amalia before, and he thought she must be new to the tower.

That was something he didn't know. He didn't know a lot of things which really throws him off. He's used to knowing, gathering and distributing information for the survival of his team and here he can't seem to gather anything other than through face to face contact.

He thought a moment and resorted to the best response. "I'm not really sure. What's a good default flavor?"

"Well chocolate cake is tasty, or I can put sugary frost on it!" He grinned, "Or both!" Surely if he just mixed all the flavours it would taste even better than just one!

Somehow, to Elian, mixing wasn't such a good idea. He does grimace a bit and shakes his head slowly. "Um, maybe it's better that I ask her first."

Since he had to get the clothes and shoes anyway, he decided to ask her instead of assume. He already got in trouble once for making an assumption.

"Okay... Well when you know tell me and I will make her a big cake!" He grinned and took another bite of apple, glad that someone so nice had come to the meeting.

Elian relaxed visibly and looked down at his apple. Lifting it with both hands, he took another bite. A small smile returned to his face. There was so much that he had to get used to and Romeo was making that adjustment a little easier.

"Thank you."

"Your welcome!" He grinned again, as more people arrived. "You can meet everyone else!"

"I will." He said with a nod. Now that he felt at least a little more comfortable around those his own age and appearance, he didn't feel as alienated as he would normally be back home.

It would take a little time, but he would try now that he has expectations to meet.
