[Because she is putting her hats on people to cheer them up, the tower has been needing some cheering up since so many people died]

[So in order to spread happiness and cheer, here, have an animal hat]

[Shoutarou looks up, then reaches up, pulling the hat off to look at it.]

[He chuckles, then puts it back on.]

[He turns around, closing the book over his thumb and grins.] Because I'm a good detective!

I REALLY REALLY good detective! [she smiles] Like the hat?

[Shou reaches up, pulling on one of the floppy ears.] While it lacks the panache of a fedora, I do find it quite enjoyable. Thank you, Molly. [He grins.]

[she stares for a moment] What does panache mean?

Style, flair. [He unhooks the fedora from his hip, then to demonstrate, puts it on his head in place of the dog hat.] Makes one look rather dashing, if I do say so myself.

Like this? [Shoutarou puts the dog hat over his fedora, then rubs his chin, looking up.] Guess now it knows what it's like to be top dog...

Yeah just like that! [she laughs at his joke] You really like it, right?

[He nods, smiling as he tugs a bit on one of the ears.] I do - are you certain you want to give it away though, Molly?

[she smiles a bit sadly] Hats make people happy and people seem so sad lately so I'm giving them hats! Besides they're still kinda my hats so if I wanna borrow it you gotta give it back okay?

[There's a quiet sigh, then Shoutarou smiles. He'll reach over and attempt to ruffle Molly's hair.] Well, that's quite nice of you, Molly. Certainly is a creative way to protect people's smiles.
