Setting: All over the tower
Format: Actionspam I suppose
Summary: Sometime after his arrival, and he's still not that happy about it.
Warnings: Nero being Nero, he'll pick a fight if provoked.

[Of course he has to do a little exploring after arriving here, it's only natural after all. He's still confused about this whole situation, but he's not one to really freak out about such a thing. No- he'll just keep his cool (for now) and explore what he can.

Nero can be found:

A: floor one, looking at the cafeteria and inspecting the food.

B: floor three, checking out the books at the library. Last time he was at such a place he was attacked by possessed armor, forgive him if he's a little wary.

C: floor four, a lounge huh? Well, Nero was never one to sit still- so this might not be his thing. But it's one of the stops on his journey.

D: Nero is headed towards one of the floors which contain monsters and the like. Stop him, join him, encourage him to keep going? Whatever your heart desires.]

[Hey, at least she's humoring him too- most people just ignore his remarks.]

Damn... you serious? [he puts the book back that he had in his hand.]

Guess it's top of the charts for a reason.

[ And Aerith couldn't help but notice this young man's unusual arm, or was it a glove? She couldn't quite tell but it was certainly different! Which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, Aerith rather liked different things. She tried not to stare ~~even though she did a little~~ ]

I'm going to have to burst your bubble now, I'm not actually the librarian here!

[Well, she could have fooled him. He crossed his arms, his demonic arm even more evident now.]

You just like to pretend or something?

[ Now she really is staring ]

Well why not! I think I would make a very cute librarian!

[ And Aerith couldn't hold it back any longer ]

I like your arm! Is it really yours?!

[....C..cute? Uh. Yeah okay.

Her next words confuse him a bit.]

Wait... you... like it? [he holds up his arm, Kyrie was the only other human that accepted it.]

What makes you say that?

[ Before Aerith responds to this silver-haired mans questions she exclaims suddenly ]

Can I touch it? Is it a really long glove or is it actually your arm?

[ Then she recalls that he had asked her something moments earlier ~~Aerith? Self-centred? Impossible!~~ ]

Why do I like it? Well, it's different, it's interesting!

[Aerith be nice to the poor guy!!

Wow this chick is strange. He raises an eyebrow at her but....]

Sure? I mean, I guess so.... not a lot of people want to touch it.

[he holds it out to her, his palm facing upwards.]

Yeah it's my arm, didn't used to always be like this but- I've gotten used to it.

[ And without the slightest hint of fear or hesitation Aerith reaches out with her bare hand and touches the Nero's bizarrely formed arm. She pokes it gingerly just above the wrist before trying to pinch the edge of his palm (but she doesn't have the strength to squeeze it very hard at all) ]

Oh! It's very hard! I thought it would be from the look of it. It must be a nightmare for you trying to buy coats to fit over this...

You used to have two normal arms? What happened to make you have this one?

[Nero just watches her, he really can't believe that anyone besides Kyrie would be okay with this. She really must be one of a kind to not even be afraid of him. He doesn't even know her name.

At her question though he uses his free hand to scratch the back of his head.]

Demons happened. [that's the best he can describe it.] And I guess... I'm a demon now too because of it. [he gets the majority of his demonic power from his arm anyways.]

Oh really!

[ Her brow raised at this, she wasn't so much scared at this revelation as she was surprised ]

I thought demons were meant to be ugly, nasty things. You don't really fit that description!

[ She's teasing him, Aerith really can't help herself. Part of her knows that this behaviour will probably land her in trouble one day, but until then she likes to think of herself as a "free spirit" ]

I have a friend who got into an accident and now his has a gun attached to where his arm used to be, I was surprised when I first met him, but now you're the second person I've met who has some strange extra arm addition.

[All Nero can really do is smile nervously at her compliment. He's.... not good with this kind of stuff. What is proper social interaction?]

I guess I should be glad I don't have a machine on my arm.

[a pause.] Name's Nero by the way.

Depends what sort of machine it is, I think!

[ Aerith finally gives Nero back his arm ]

I'm Aerith, nice to meet you Nero!

[ And she smiles sweetly at him ]

Are you new here too?

[and now his arm is just by his side.]

Yeah.... that easy to tell? [he wonders something though.]

That letter I got when I arrived here.... it said my world was destroyed. That's not true, is it? [he's been trying to keep his cool this entire time.]

[ She shakes her head vigorously ]

I don't believe it, I can't imagine a whole world to be destroyed just like that. Especially the world I'm from, it's very tenacious!

...Yeah, I figured as much. That's all just a load of shit, if they think we'll believe them so easily they got another thing comin'.

But- do you know how brought us here in the first place?

[ She shakes her head again, but this wasn't quite the same sort of shake, it seemed sad somehow, slower ]

I thought my friends had brought me here at first, but it wasn't them. I don't really know how I got here.

Sounds like someone here has a sick hobby.

[Nero looks down at his arm.]

Might have to have a little chat with them.

I don't know who's responsible for bringing us here, but I can only suppose that whoever it is must be pretty powerful.

[ Aerith links her hands behind her back and looks at Nero for a moment, her head tilting to the side ]

If you find them, you should be careful.

Cheh- you should be worryin' about them. I don't go down easily.

[gets impaled and doesn't afraid of anything.]

Oh really?

[ She smiles mischievously ]

So you're a pretty tough guy then?

Guess you could say that.

Demons don't exactly die easily.

Hmmm...

[ Aerith's eyes narrow slightly as though she's examining Nero ]

I don't know, you seem far too nice to be a demon. Are you sure?

[d-don't examine him!]

Positive, would this arm really lie to you?

[ A moment's pause before Aerith laughs, a sweet, melodic sort of laugh. ]

Nope, I've decided, you're far too cute and shy to be a demon!

[...

....w....what?! Cute and shy?! He's a little quiet here and there but...

okay he really can't response back to that. He just grunts and looks at the books instead of at her.]
