Summary: There is a new (magical) girl in the tower, and she is feeling confused, alone and sad that apparently her world blew up! Go figure.
Warnings: diabetes

[Action A; Room 2-03]
[Kazumi's eyes blink open awake. There's a moment of distress when she finds she can't move. Where is she? What was happening? Why couldn't she move? Was she trapped? When the paralysis wears off, she sits up rather violently, gasping for breath loudly and looking around, confused and afraid.]

W-where is this...?

[It's strange and definitely not the bed she'd gone to sleep in. Soon she spots the letters, opening them up. Some kind of tower? But it's the other one that strikes her. Her world...? Had it really been...? And her friends?]

...no.... nooo, this can't be happening! Everyone is...

[Action B; Around the Dorm levels]
[Calmed down bu still a little sad, now changed into one of her casual outfits, Kazumi is poking around the dormitories. Maybe, just maybe...? She wants to hope her friends are here, but...

In any case, Kazumi is hesitantly looking around the place, and might be inclined to talk to you if that looks alright!]

[It's Saki that spots Kazumi first. With everything that's happened? The need to protect her is stronger than ever. She waves and runs over.

Not again. Nothing's happening to you again.]

Huh?...ah, Saki!

[Her worries turn into hope, into a smile, into tears of relief and she's running towards the other girl, jumping into her arms and clinging tightly as she bursts into tears, more than a little overwhelmed by all this]

Waaah, Saki, I thought maybe you, maybe you...! They said it's all been destroyed... uwaaaaahhh....

[Saki wraps her arms tightly around Kazumi, clinging a little herself. She rubs the other girl's back, shushing her a little.]

Don't worry. I'm here. I'm here, Kazumi. I'm here and I'm okay. I know what the letters say, but you don't need to worry about them right this very second.

Uuuu...[Sniffle, cling, sniffle] ...is everyone else okay?

I honestly don't know, but I want to think they are. They're strong girls, Kazumi, you know that.

But you know what? There are other magical girls like us here. The ones that I've gotten to meet are very nice. I'm sure they would like you. Why don't we go get some food and see if we can meet some of them?

...I should warn you, though, they make you eat plain oatmeal at first. It's not very good, but after you eat that, you can cook anything you feel like.

[So there's this kid, right? Fairly unassuming. Red jacket, blue jeans, black shirt. The sunglasses are kind of douchey, even, and the scarf doesn't make much sense given the weather. Sitting on a network terminal in the dorm levels. Poking at it to see if it's back to working order.

Oh yeah, and he's kind of gray and has the most ridiculous wavy horns ever.]

[He clicks a claw on the keyboard irritably, apparently not too pleased with what he's reading.

[Wow, Kazumi has never seen a person like that... but he speaks bad language human language, so maybe it's alright?]

Is something wrong?

[Eridan looks up, having the decency to look somewhat taken aback.]

Ah. Not really.

[He shrugs.]

Just. Catching up on the network, is all.

[Reading stuff he missed while he was gone, getting irritated by the stupid fuckery all around him. Being a dedicated stalker. He honestly hadn't meant to speak outloud, however.]
