Setting: Dormitories (room 01-07) and wherever else you want as long as there's monsters.
Format: Action brackets.
Summary: Evatrice first arrives in the tower and immediately returns to what she loves most, misuing her powers on the monsters.
Warnings: Monster gore and Evatrice herself should practically be a warning too.

[ This wasn't quite what Evatrice expected, to say the least. To be denied with the red truth and then waking up here doesn't make sense in any way, she was supposed to just have disappeared, right? Not that she'll complain about getting a second chance - of course not, there's no way she wanted to just stop existing, there was still too much fun to be had with her magic - but it's still just weird.

In fact, if she manages to find anyone else in the dorm room, she'll definitely eye them. Not that she's going to ask them about what exactly is going on - of course not, she has a strict policy of finding things out by herself instead of asking others. And the letter is a good start, even if it still doesn't make much sense, so said people will be ignored in favor of that at first. Although what the letter said is natural; if the world really was destroyed, they would obviously safe her of all people - who else would be worth saving?

Nonetheless, roommates should feel free to approach the girl sitting on the bed intently reading the letter. ]

( elsewhere in the tower; pick a location )

[ Later on, if you're walking around the tower - it doesn't matter what floor, really, as long as it's one with monsters - you might find.. quite the sight. Monster remains of all shapes and sizes are practically all over the place, littering the ground and some even splattered against the walls. In fact, most of them don't even look like they died of pretty normal causes.

If you dare to brave the trail of remains, you might end up finding a girl in a purple dress (probably middle school age or so, judging from her looks) with a big golden staff in her hand, gleefully kicking a monster's head around in the middle of all it while grinning and giggling to herself. She pretty much looks like she's having the time of her life in the middle of a situation like this.. what a weirdo, huh. Apparently she doesn't even notice anyone approaching in the middle of her own little party here, but feel free to speak up so she might. ]

[That monster's head sure is getting rebounded instantly. Like it touched a force-field that completely rejected it with the same amount of power it got initially flung with...]

[ .. Temperory setbacks. Either way, since this floor is so dark, she figures there's just a wall there or something in the way, she'll check that out later. Not like she's afraid of anything on the floor, either way, so she just kicks it into another direction. ]

[Yeah, except that head is getting rebounded...again. This time it's flying straight towards Evatrice's own head.

[ THIS KID WILL REMAIN ALL OVER HER LAWN.

But she does manage to just avoid the head, since she manages to teleport out of its way when it's close enough. She's a witch, tricks won't work as easily on her.. but at the same time she's getting a little suspicious, so she calls out. ]

He-y, it isn't very likely that there's a wall making stuff bounce that fast, is there? Why don't you come out, whoever or whatever you are?

[It's then that Bern speaks up, but she doesn't bother to move in any physical way.]

You can't tell who it is from presence alone? Hone that skill.

[ That voice is enough either way. She remembers it, even if she hasn't heard it that much before, but it's surprising to hear it all the same. Not that she shows it, keeping up the same expression. ]

... One of those witches? [ with a snap of her fingers golden butterflies appear in the air, fluttering towards Bernkastel just to illuminate the area around them slightly. ]

This tower sure must be powerful, managing to drag in two of us like this!

Make that three, Lambdadelta is here as well.

[ a moment of thinking and then something changes in her expression-- to disgust, maybe, although it isn't because of that name but because.. ]

Not the granny?

[ .. heh, at that the earlier attitude seems to return, and she flips back some of her red hair. ]

At least this tower has some taste then! Dragging in a boring granny like that would make things get horribly lame.

Watch what you say, she might suddenly appear now that you say that. [snrk] You know what they say about jinxes.

Oh, don't worry.. she can appear right here and now if she wants. [ her shrug is actually pretty genuinely casual. ]

Because if she does, I'll just sew her all over again if I have to! Or.. who knows, maybe this time I can think up a different death for her.. it'd be boring to kill that granny the same way twice, kyahahaha..!

[That gets a laugh out of her.]

[Taking a stroll to see who's out tonight who she can mess with, Lambda comes across the trail of what used to be monsters. At first she accidentally steps on a pile of guts and makes a fuss of kicking it off her shoe, but then she notices the trail. Grinning, she casually walks through the blood and innards, not caring at all if it gets on her or her clothes.

And then, there's Eva-Beatrice. Isn't that something, the kid she sponsored - and who was so easily beaten by the predecessor Beatrice.]

[ Please don't remind Evatrice of that, thank you..

Either way, she's still gleefully partying amidst the monster remains when she turns her head and just happens to spot the other witch-- huh, so she's here too? Her expression was already pretty happy, but now it goes more towards a thin grin. ]

Ah, so this place even manages to draw in witches like you? [ not even meant in any degeneratory way, actually, the only witch she really dislikes is Beatrice, after all. ]

'Even the great witch Lambdadelta was no match', is what you're thinking, right? Sorry, wro~ong. I could leave...but I think I'll stay for now, it's been fun so far. Now it looks like it'll be even more fun. [giggle]

Well, either way is fine. [ not like she wanted lambda to be regularly stuck too so she wouldn't seem weaker or anything, g-geez!! .. okay, no, i need to stop tsunning with inappropriate characters. ]

What's important is that it's true what you're saying, this place really is fun! A lot more fun than that stupid stuffy old island.

Of course that granny would mess everything up! To think I actually looked up to someone as completely useless as her, that goody-two-shoes.. it's a good thing I at least got her to give up and die once. [When the monster head comes rolling her way, Lambda stops it under her foot, then bends to pick it up with both hands and take a look at the face.]

There's lots of other people with magic here. Not really any witches. But other kinds of magic. Do you think you can manage to do whatever you want with yours, without getting them angry? And if you do...do you think you can beat them?

[ Her expression turns to pretty much the Evatrice equivalent of the schoolgirl kind of 'duh'. ]

I don't care if they have magic or not. What do they think they can do against the Endless Witch, Beatrice?! I'll cut their head off before they can even tell me to quit it!

[Giggle] Oh, so you think you're stronger then, huh? I can't wait to see, I'll definitely root for you!

Of course, it's not even a question! [ because if there's one thing that evatrice is, it's cocky. ]

she's probably powerful. no, she definitely is; he can see it on her, that aura. and she might be able to sense his presence in return, an echo of power and authority that he once possessed. ]

[ She spins around at the voice speaking up, still pretty careless - as if there's nothing she's afraid of right now. She grins widely at the guy, almost like an excited kid matching her looks. ]

Oh, good job for figuring it out! [ mockingly, of course, but it quickly turns to genuine happiness again. ] Yeah, of course I'm having fun! Why wouldn't anyone with all the toys we're given here?

[Color Saki shocked. She's seen some strange things in her time - some really strange things - but never anyone taking this much glee in death.]

...what are you doing? They're monsters, but isn't killing them enough?

[ In contrast to Saki's shock, Evatrice herself doesn't seem any less happy than before - her gleeful atittude remains just the same. ]

No wa-y, wouldn't just killing them be boring? Do you seriously have no sense of fun? [ she giggles at the other girl. ]
