It's Only Them
Characters: Sou and YOU
Setting: Room 2-04 then everywhere there after
Format: I'll match.
Summary: Sou is looking around and he's not happy.
Warnings: A terribly ill tempered "prince"...violence, pretty much anything can happen.
Dorms
Sou's awakening was nothing more than graceful. He rolled out of bed with a terrible headache. He didn't take a look at his surroundings as he leaned over to rub the pain from his temples.
He stood and immediately he knew something was definitely wrong. He was alive. He felt the heavy hit to the back of his head before everything had gone black. The sniper's hit was on target. Why is he here?
He didn't bother to look in his trunk. He didn't bother to give a damn about who was in here or not. He needed answers and he certainly wasn't going to be someone's prisoner. He didn't notice his indigo collar either.
Tower Floors
Still not satisfied with what he learned, he took it upon himself to explore. He didn't care about the warnings, if he ever got any. He didn't care about the opinions others had of him. That came with territory. He didn't bother with the system to ask stupid questions. He already knew that he wasn't in Japan and even worse he was on the hunt.
Nineteen and hot headed, he had no interest in anyone's personal lives and it showed on his face. There was no time for idle chit-chat when he had his own agenda. Any monsters in his way were faced with a very angry fire Alter user.
"Who's in charge?" He shouted out.

"Who's in charge?" He shouted out.

"Lovely. I shall ask them to tea." His tone held a sarcastic bite as he turned around.
"It doesn't matter anymore why I'm here. I can see that clearly. Your housekeeping staff could use the work." He smirked.
no subject
Fortunately, sarcasm, he could understand, most of the time. “If you can find them. Though, I doubt there would be enough of them left to take tea with you.”
Gaara stared at him impassively, appearing unfazed by the extinguishing flames. The other man was probably a new arrival. It didn’t seem like he was panicking.
“My staff?” The redhead released a low grunt of disdain. “I wouldn’t lay claim to any of the employees in this tower. My people are…” he paused briefly, and then shook his head before continuing with, “You can be as difficult as you please. It will only elicit reprisal.”

His demeanor took a drastic shift to something else entirely contrast to what he was showing just a second ago. "Oh dear." He put his finger to his chin. "I must've done it again."
His dark blue eyes looked from the scene and back to Gaara. "It's not important any more. I'll talk to them when I'm ready."
no subject
“Done ‘it’ again?” He repeated.
How confident he was, that he could actually find the same people the other inhabitants had been trying to locate for quite some time. Gaara smirked slightly and replied in a cool tone, “If you do happen to come across those individuals, the others would appreciate being notified.”

His head snapped toward Gaara, and his expression changed to a sneer. "And why would I do that? I'm an Alter user! I don't answer to you or to anyone else!"
no subject
An Alter user? Wasn’t that… the same as Elian? Another one from his world?
His stoic expression betrayed no sign of recognition at that term. It wouldn’t be smart to reveal too much crucial information, particularly toward a stranger.
Gaara continued to speak calmly and rationally, similar to the way one would placate a child; “Because it would be beneficial for them. Alternatively, you can choose to be selfish, but then it would be difficult for you to gain their trust.”

Gaara did have a point and the voice in his head made it hard for him to hear himself think. "Interesting. You know, that concept does ring a bell."
Stop acting dumb.

A description might be sufficient, but just in case; “What is your name?”
no subject
"And yours? It's only fair that you give it now that you asked for mine." He grinned with immature smugness.

He had been on patrol for some time. Hopefully, his shift was over by now. After checking back at the station, he could do whatever he pleased.
“There are stronger monsters on the higher floors of the tower,” he informed the other, thinking there was little reason to warn him to be cautious. With those parting words, he turned away and walked toward the stairs.

It really didn't matter to him as long as he got his fill of violence. Internally, he hated himself for what he became but that didn't matter. Nothing mattered. He was dead as far as he was concerned and this place, whatever it was, brought him back. Now it was finding that reason that made him angry. No one could tell him what he needed to hear.
He watched Gaara walk away with a scowl. He looked over his shoulder and blew off the damage as nothing more than a pathetic attempt. It almost seemed pointless now and he dropped his shoulders with a roll to his eyes. It just didn't matter anymore as he left the floor.
