Characters: Doc, Einstein (the dog) and You
Setting: Workshop (15th Floor), the day before the shadow event started.
Format: Prose or action, whichever you prefer
Summary: Following the tower repairs, Doc decides to go to the 15th Floor where is installed the complicated half of his lab- And everything's back to normal! Feel free to bother him. Doc also takes request if ever you got a device or whatever invention you need made.
Warnings: None, at least for now.
Morning – Discovery of the Lab
[ It is in this fine and sunny (and quiet) day at Animus that Doctor Emmett L. Brown, unfortunately dressed in his weird and flashy futuristic clothes- Along with his dog, enter the Workshop of the Tower. Its destruction by the whale attack had been a sad thing really, all his works and all his progresses destroyed in a matter of hours. A shame really. Of course he has a backup of it all on disc, but-
Wait, look at this! Everything is back to normal, back to how it was before! Doc's computers, the countless clocks he's made ever since he first step foot in this tower, his current projects. All's perfect! He looks around and smiles widely. ]
Amazing, absolutely amazing! Too bad the administration team of this tower isn't as efficient as the reconstruction team!
[ He smiles widely and goes to sit behind one of his computer. Meanwhile Einstein, goes to lay in the comfy bed for dog that Doc had made for him a couple months ago. Life's good. ]
Breakfast – Pancake Machine
[ Not much to be said about the breakfast. By now you'll see many of Doc's blueprints and invention on the tables. Don't try to read the blueprints, unless you're engineer or something alike. You'll see amongst other thing the very start of a Flux Capacitor, a few hoverboards, weapon blueprints, a pancake maker-
Indeed, yet another, a second pancake maker. Speaking of which, Einstein is nomming on a pancake while Doc drinks his coffee (coming from the coffee machine he made months ago). And he tries to modify the pancake maker in such a way that it can turn Jason's horrible and insipid nutrition bars into pancakes and other delicious things. This will be very hard, but Doc has faith that this can be done. It is possible in Star trek after all! Jason's regime of doom shall not be allowed to continue. ]
Afternoon – Stealth Camo Tentative
[ If you happen to pass by during the afternoon, you'll see a strange device strapped to Einstein. Which in fact very much is a Stealth Camo Doc has been developing from blueprints left behind by Big Boss. ]
Good boy Einie, now a last minute setting...
[ He kneels down next to Einstein and settles something on the stealth camo. Will the dog turns invisible or explode along with Doc? Nobody knows. ]
Evening – Temporal Displacement Experiment #0012
[ At this time of the evening, Doc can be found working on his super-computer. He's wearing the traditional lab coat and goggles and someone who visited Doc's lab a few months agomay have seen him working on something similar before. There are still three screens next to each other and the middle screen is that of a classical computer that reads as follow: ]

[So maybe now would be the day to finally engage in a conversation... they were walking in at the same moment, at least, so that was a place to start.]
...Oh... at least you didn't lose all of the work you did. [He looks around.] That's good.
no subject
Indeed! If only now I could finish the donuts maker, life in this tower would probably become less unbearable whenever these bars are the only food left!
[ Doc's priority are remarkable. He turns to look at Equius- Heh he remembers him. Admittedly Doc is absent-minded when he works and doesn't pay much attention, but he's pretty sure he'd seen him before working in the workshop as well. ]
I have seen you here before didn't I? What about your work? Has it been recovered as well?!
no subject
[He blinks several times when Doc finally turns on him, surprised by the sudden barrage of questions.] W-what? I... oh. Um, no. It... hasn't been recovered. [Most of his machines were kept in his dorm after they were completed, and of course, they were completely ruined in Monstro's Revenge.]

[ Sorry, you get dragged into the lab- he takes a few old blueprints that date from before the incident. That's the pancake maker, with an added functionality-- ]
You are certainly familiar with Star Trek! In this science-fiction show- Needless to say filled with scientific errors that make me scream everytime, they came up with at least one brilliant idea: the replicators! Basically, it rearranges subatomic particle to form molecule and arrange these molecules into anything!!
Of course, I'm not pretentious enough to pretend I can build such a construct in so little time! But what if we could rearrange the matter making these insipid nutrition bar enough to at least use them as fuel for the pancake makers and the other machines? Our life would be entirely changed!
[ Doc looks very enthusiast about this project. Thinking to it, if all tech-savvy people in the tower worked together, they could probably come up with a fully functional replicator in a matter of month. Maybe he should think about asking them all...
It's doomed to fail but who cares. For now though he winces and has a saddened face? All lost? ]That's a shame, but if I can be assistance in helping you remaking what has been lost I'll be more than happy to help!

Great Scott!!
[ It took him a few seconds to regain his composure. Kids theses days, don't they know scaring older people is dangerous for their health? Still looking pretty much surprised. ]
How- How did you come here?!

[ morning ]
Even though she doesn't have the need to eat, she can provide some way of preserving food for the humans here.
On a desk, there's blueprints of a machine - it looks like a remote control with another one being in the shape of a gun. It looks like she can't decide which is better, however she does have a book relating to the science of rehydration and dehydration of chemicals and organic stuff from the library open by the blueprints themselves.
So, right now, she's picking up the scrap metal around and is about to start building things until Doc comes and she shifts the items into one arm and waves at the two. ]
Greetings and good morning, Doc and Einstein. Have you two been well?
no subject
Sertoria! We have, look at this! It's all back as if nothing ever happened! that's quite simply prodigious!
But how about you?
[ He looks at her blueprints, at the nutrition bar? Oh, she's working on something. You got the Doc's attention on this work. ]
What are you working at?
no subject
I am well myself. I really cannot complain as I have met so many wonderful people here.
[ She places the items down on one of the benches and walks over to her station she has set up. ]
Since you mentioned the workshop and the benefits it has, I decided to see what this floor was about. I thought on our previous conversation about food, and since there are nothing but nutrition bars and what is available in the restaurant, I wanted to see if I could provide some way of storing food beyond refrigeration and freezing.
Thus, the idea of a dehydration/rehydration machine came to fruition. I was about to build the first prototype, however I am always open to help.

[noon] oh i'll figure out the time shenanigans for this later I had to tag it
How interesting. If only he knew about Geth technology, then this cloak could be far more functional. Geth had very advanced cloaking tech, and it wasn't hard to make with the right parts and, occasionally, if necessary for long-term stealth, a little Element Zero. That could probably be substituted with another power source, though it'd likely be more unstable.
As a note, it's figured by now this creature is a "dog", one of the things it's heard about while observing the Extranet and listening to human conversation. Hm. ]
TIME PARADOXES?
And Einstein disappears!! The only thing that remains to be seen from the dog is his very shadow, aside from that the dog is totally invisible. Doc looks pretty ecstatic at the sight of the success! ]
It works!! Ah, it works! These blueprints were right from the beginning to the end ha ha!
[ Doc quickly turns to his computer to input the success of this experiment. Now the monsters would no longer be a problem for he or for Einstein.
In the meantime, the invisible Einstein goes to Legion. Doc may not have seen him, but dogs knows better so he sits before legion and barks a few time. ]
Hum, Einie? Did you see something?
possibly for lunch, yes--
We did not mean to intrude on your experiment, but your tests, while successful, use outdated technology. We possess the Geth blueprints for a more advanced tactical cloaking system. We could help you adapt it. A Mass Effect field generator would also create shields that cloaked as well as protected the body if your concern is the non-sapient life that inhabits this station.

Those clothes... he definitely recognized those clothes. And that's not to say anything about the man! It'd be hard to forget a guy like the Doc. He knew the guy was a resident in the Tower, but it only just now hits him that this isn't happening in a dream, and he gasps with surprise.]
--Hey! It's you! Doc Brown!
no subject
[ Of course Doc remembers the dream! ... Expect unlike Ventus he had assumed it was indeed all a dream, Zelda and Ventus included. But if the boy remembers him now-- Then this was all real? That's amazing, truly amazing.
So yes Doc gasps as well and looks fairly surprised, but smiles widely when he truly makes sure this is not a dream. ]
So you're not only a dream character after all! i'm glad to finally meet you in the tower for real!

Nah, I was the one that went into the dreams. But it's good to meet you too! You look like you're doing well.
