All this meaningless direction
Characters: Romano and everyone ever.
Setting: Dorm room 1-02, F13 [Cathedral], F4 [Lounge], F1 [Cafeteria]
Format: Action
Summary: Lovino boy is back from ruined Italy. Welcome him back as he journeys to the bottom of the tower?
Warnings: Other than Romano's language, I can't think of anything to warn for.
[Dorm room 1-02]
[When Romano eventually wakes up, it's with a gasp for breath and a sense of dread and heartache leaving him as he eyes the walls and ceiling of his room.
He holds a hand over his chest, where his heart is still beating rapidly, then up to where his collar is in place over his neck.]
Shit. [His voice is quiet, eyes tearing up just a little.] Fratello, I couldn't find you. I was there and I couldn't find you. [He uses the heel of his left hand to wipe away the tears forming.] God damn it.
[If he's not alone in the room, he's not aware of it yet.]
-----
[F13, Cathedral]
[This is a floor he hasn't seen before. It almost makes him angry, that a cathedral would pop up in a place like this. Is God even here to help him?
Either way, it's a change, and it's curious enough that he decides to take a seat in the nearest pew, listening to whatever he can hear. It's not real peace, but it's the closest thing he can grasp at right now.
It reminds him of morning mass back home, and how Veneziano had trouble making him go before...]
-----
[F4, Lounge]
[There are quite a few new floors, Romano unfortunately discovers. When he finally makes it to the lounge (which he is now thankful exists) the first thing he does is flop on an empty couch to let his aching muscles rest. Fuck whoever made this tower so goddamn tall, and screw them for not sharing the elevator.]
-----
[F1, Cafeteria]
[Having finally made it to the cafeteria without dying (frequent breaks are great things), he finally gets to eat breakfast. Breakfast includes waffles and coffee, which is... pretty amazing to a guy who doesn't remember the last time he's eaten. This is actually his second helping.
He is a vacuum.]

hiiii roomie what is up in this dorm thread huh
Good morning~! Missing your brother?
[He asks simply because he recognized the word. Chances are very good he doesn't actually care. Anyway! Lloyd is sitting on his own bed with a book! Y'know, just enjoying the soon to be destroyed peace and quiet.]
only trolling apparently
Vaffanculo! [does he know THAT word?] What do you care?
[Yeah there's no such thing as peace and quiet anymore.]
no subject
[Actually, nope! But it's safe to assume that tone implies something along the lines of 'fuck you'. Lloyd's heard that tone a whole lot in his lifetime. Gee, wonder why. He raises his hands, turning them palm-- well, palm and book up, as he's still holding that in one hand, to go along with an expressive shrug.]
I don't. [He admits it.] It just seemed like the thing to say at the time!
no subject
[Romano's eye twitched, grabbing the nearest pillow and chucking it at the silver haired pseudo-brit angrily.]
Don't fake any sympathy for me, asshole.
no subject
...! [At least it wasn't something hard. Lloyd pushes the pillow aside and sits back up, shaking his head.] Hmm. I never said I was sympathizing with you. I only asked a question.
no subject
[The pillow chuck did help let off some lidded steam though. Doesn't mean he's any less angry with his roommate.]
Yeah well-- yes. I am missing my brother, damn you. I'm allowed to miss my brother!
